Chrysoula's house is a home from home. There is everything and more that you need to have a wonderful holiday there. The house is spacious and tastefully appointed and the most beautiful setting in the mountains with plenty of walks possible from the front door. There are beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants serving traditional Cretan food a short drive by car away. Thank you Chrysoula for making out holiday so perfect.

This stay was truly special. If you’re looking for a place with high-quality furnishings, attention to detail, and absolute peace and quiet – this is it. The house is beautifully equipped and located in a wonderfully secluded spot, perfect for anyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy nature. Everything was just as described – or even better. The atmosphere is calm and comforting, and you immediately feel at home. Communication with our hosts was flawless; they were always available and gave us fantastic tips on local sights, hidden beaches, and authentic places to eat. It’s rare to find a place that feels like a true hideaway, but this one absolutely does. We left feeling completely recharged and grateful for the experience.

A fabulous stay at Kourthiana. Sally went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Location and views lovely with a couple of great restaurants/tavernas within walking distance. Easy for us to reach places like Balos and Paleochora by car. Thank you, Sally and Gord :)

A beautiful home with a nice huge deck/ balcony with comfy couches & a large table for our door dining. This overlooks the valley. The you also have a very nice wrap around deck to continue your vistas. Very private & Super clean. Nice lay out with beautiful furniture. Plenty of room. The host were super kind, they reached out to us to ask if we wanted to check in early. They were very flexible about leaving as well. You will find refreshments waiting for you. A very nice touch also besides being very quiet away from all the hustle/bustle of the tourist, they provide a beautiful modern jacuzzi a way to relax after a beach day. Had a great time would definitely be back. Thank You for All.

Very nice house, wonderful garden. In the morning you could have breakfast in the shade and in the evening you could admire the starry sky in absolute peace. Convenient location to visit the most beautiful beaches of West Crete. There are many beautiful restaurants and tavernas nearby. Sofia is very kind! I highly recommend it to everyone!

We booked Ewa’s place for my birthday and it was simply stunning! The apartment is in a beautifully renovated and restored traditional stone house with the most breath taking view from the terrace. It matched exactly the photos and was even more beautiful! All the details and decor were really creative and done with a lot of love - it has such an amazing cozy vibe. The place was pristine clean and smelled amazing, all the linens and furniture and cutlery was super high quality and there was even some fruit and veg for us to make breakfast. The location is excellent as you are super close to all the great attractions of west Crete but elevated in a very quiet village which is peaceful and super serene. The parking was great - right outside the house and the location was easy to find. Ewa was a brilliant host, she is a very warm and friendly person and gave us some great recommendations for some questions we had. We can’t wait to book this place again and we would 100% recommend!

It was exactly what I needed coming from a busy city myself. To awake with the sunrise above the hills and go sleep with the moonshine, all seen from the beautiful terras and garden in a peaceful environment. What I liked the most is the moment you open the curtains of the big windows in the morning, to have that silent glorious moment every day. Everything is there to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. And the host was superfriendly. Freshly baked cookies from his wife and a cold bottle of delicious wine waiting for me made my day. It’s also a great homebase for visiting POI’s in the east like Balos, Elafonissi etc. The local town is small but cute and has some really good tavernes! Strongly thinking of coming back one day for another retraîte!
