Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Porto Nuovo Studio 3 is located in the port of Thassos on the 1st floor just 50 meters from the new port, 5 minutes from the center of the port and from the beach! It has free parking. Within 50 meters there is a bakery and is 2 minutes from the supermarkets Lidl, Masoutis. It consists of an open plan area with a double bed. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop and a separate bathroom! It has a 32”TV with Netflix Wi-Fi, YouTube.

The two-storey stone building built in 1890 was restored and completely renovated just recently, is located in the village of Limena, on the outskirts of the Acropolis, less than 10 minutes from the beach of Limena in the old port, near the archaeological site of ancient Thassos, the archaeological museum and the church of Agios Nikolaos. There is a bakery 50m away and a supermarket 150m away.
