This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Our 4 bedroom house has been recently fully renovated to brand new build quality and boasts 2 full bathrooms including an extra large shower and bath in the main bathroom. There are huge sliding doors across the entire living area and main bedroom that open to a huge deck with a BBQ perfect for entertaining.
