At "Villa Pepita Biniali" (Maps etc), you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Hello, welcome to our home. Costa de la Calma is an inviting beach town and the perfect place to relax, explore the island, and enjoy the sun. Our guesthouse is a private apartment with a full-equipped kitchen that comes along with a spacious loft right upstairs. Our second unit offers a private entrance, a spacious garden and a pool. The villa is located on the south-west coast of the island, just 20 min. drive from the airport and Palma and 10 minutes from picturesque Port Andratx.

This small cottage is located in the sunny and quiet area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller, at only 20 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by car. The cottage is well equipped and totally renovated offering nice outdoor space and access to a shared pool. It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured. A dream place to relax or a good base for hiking.
