Large 32 m2 studio on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished, and has magnificent lake and mountain views. It is exactly as described. Laure was very welcoming, available and flexible for the key exchange, which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in and around Annecy.

Valerie and Patrice were great hosts and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful- even drove us to the bike hire place and let us borrow some things we needed. The view from the apartment is breathtaking and close to the beach and bike track. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. We highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed. I recommend this studio apartment for anyone visiting Annecy and its lake. It is situated a few kilometres uphill from St Jorioz which is beside the lake. Stunning views and lots of opportunities for sightseeing, walking or cycling. Marion was a very friendly and helpful host. The amenities are all good. Even a small barbecue!
