Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maipo Province

Excellent. The house is very spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen has everything to prepare any type of recipe, much more than the basic implements and utensils. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with pillows and blankets. The pool is excellent and safe. The space in the gazebo and game room is spacious, comfortable and was also equipped to enjoy games, karaoke, and more! We're really happy with the service and we'd come back without hesitation.

My wife and I travel from Texas with our son to visit family living in the Santiago area. We were able to have family over to enjoy the pool, BBQ, Family dinners all while having enough space to spread out and enjoy personal conversations. We felt like the property was more like a retreat than an Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed every day. Thanks so much for share your wonderful home with us!

We were five incredible days! a very comfortable and super well equipped house, the house was incredible, but the plot where the house is located is fantastic!! waking up early with a coffee and walking through the beautiful landscapes inside the property was great! very recommended and definitely have to go back :)

We had a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor spaces were lovely and we enjoyed spending the days outside with the dogs that were on the property. Having only one FOB for the gates was challenging when our group went out to do things separately, but overall we had a really great stay.

We loved it, we'll be back another day. The view of Lake Aculeo (which has recovered) is beautiful. The place was very clean (which sometimes doesn't happen in certain airbnbs, where the sheets smell musty and don't give you confidence, and you almost always have to bring your own (this was not the case), and I liked having the living area separated from the beds, so that for example children or whoever wants to can sleep peacefully without so much noise.

The place is just like the photos, a very nice space and the jacuzzi is a really good size… ideal for several people. The pool table and board games are a plus. Recommended for a getaway as a couple or a trip with friends.

We had a very good few days, I would say the place is nicer than the pictures. Everything clean (including the pool) and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. As a fact, to comment that the capacity is for 8 people considering the beds, if they are squeezed to 3 in a king bed they come to 9; but they are not 12 people as the publication says although the owner offers mattresses. Another point to take into account is the air conditioning according to the season, there are two air conditioners but there are no controls to operate them, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on by chat; this because the electricity is more expensive in that area. Lastly, to comment that on the plot both inside the house and outside there are security cameras, which were apparently turned off during the stay but we didn't ask either.

It is a place to go to relax and share, very isolated from external noise, a beautiful view and the house is very cozy

When we contacted them, Genesis was very kind and responded superfast. The place is really quiet and the apartment's furnishings are on another level. Totally recommended.
