The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

It impresses with its very central location, pleasant indoor climate, historical charm and modern amenities. By S-Bahn train, you are in the center of Frankfurt in 20 minutes. The shopping street starts almost directly behind the house. And Homburg Castle is only a 2-minute walk away. The walk to the legendary Casino Royale, the spa park and the Taunustherme also takes no more than 20 minutes.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.
