The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.
