Offering garden views, this house is located a 5-minute walk from Maintenon Castle. 5-minute drive from the Golf Course and Maintenon Train Station and 20 minutes from Chartres Cathedral. Very well equipped. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms (160 bed and 2 x 90), bathroom, kitchen, large veranda. In the basement/garage: bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. Baby cot available on request. Wi-Fi and TV in each room.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

The Beautiful Cottage

Guest House fully available, located in annex of our main house. We will be happy to share with you our garden, in addition to a private terrace. Just 1 hour from Paris, our beautiful cottage will allow you to enjoy a peaceful environment in the countryside. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest a few steps from the house, and discover the many equestrian centers and cultural places nearby.
