The accommodation is very nice and very quiet. I just put a damper on the price, which is not because of Nathalie but certainly because of Airbnb. We only stayed one night at the property and the cleaning fee is a flat rate whether it's for one night or a week. So if you spend a single night advertised at 65 euros you have to add 40 euros for cleaning. Again, Nathalie, I don't think it's your fault.

The 2 days we spent there were amazing, frankly nothing to say, the accommodation is the same as in the photos, perfect for two people, the bed is very comfortable, we sleep very well, the accommodation is very clean, we were super well hosted by the couple, they made us feel comfortable. I recommend it for a pleasant romantic stay.

A charming conversion of an old outbuilding in the owners’ garden. The location is hidden away so it is important to follow her instructions. The property was very well furnished and very cosy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. Sandra popped in to say hello. She was always very quick to respond to questions and gave us some excellent recommendations.

This was a return visit. I stayed last year for Le Lion d'Angers horse trials and came back again. Just as lovely this time.

We spent a Wonderful Easter weekend in this beautiful Gite. The location is great for visiting the Loire Valley, Angers and the local wineries. The accommodation is ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL !! Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It is a lovely space for a couple and the bed is super comfy with quality linen. I especially appreciated the healthy pot plants inside which add to the homely feel of the gîte. Sylvia & Alexis have created a beautiful property, conducive to relaxation and connecting with nature. It is so nice to sit by the pond, catch a glimpse of the fish and listen to the ever present Birdsong. The gardens are lush and well cared for. Their dogs are a welcoming presence, happy for a pat. We enjoyed our conversations and appreciated all of their recommendations. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a unique place in the Loire Valley to spend some quality time.

Functional and very well arranged accommodation, extremely well located with all amenities available and the different sites to visit (in our case Terra Botanica), perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children)! We found absolutely charming little touches there!

In addition to the home which is impeccable: - a good restaurant in the village (Organic and local) - a bakery nearby (you can walk there) - close to Montreuil-Bellay with its magnificent castle - close to Brézé with its cave castle (to visit absolutely!) - beautiful hikes in the vines - and not to mention Le Domaine de la Paleine (in the village) where we were received as kings (biodynamic wines) In short, while being in a small village, you don't get bored.

We rented the cottage for Christmas Eve, there were 11 of us. Very nice accommodation, well-equipped. The hosting was great. Marc is very concerned about the well-being of his guests. The bedrooms, kitchen, living spaces are well equipped. We had a lovely stay. We highly recommend it.

A great combination of ideal location, (we loved chinon which is a ten min drive) alongside the cosy and pleasant apartment, beautiful grounds, pool and the friendly animals!

The location is ideal for visiting Puy du Fou (within 30 minutes drive), while enjoying a relaxing setting after a busy day. Christelle and David were remarkable hosts: very responsive, attentive, and always good advice. Thanks again for hosting us!
