It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

I had a clean and comfortable stay here for my 3-day trip to Hanoi! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was not too far from the Old Quarter and Train Street~! Xin cam on~

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

The actual situation is basically the same as the photos. It's a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are two coffee shops in the neighborhood, perfect for slow living.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

This a very good place to stay. Our room in particular had a learning curve to close the doors and may just need a bit more privacy due to the curtains seemingly not covering the whole window (but it covered most of it, there were just little partings). But aside from that it was a well maintained and beautiful place to stay. The owner was very proactive and refilled our bottled water everyday and even offered to clean everyday almost like a hotel. The neighborhood as well was a quiet and peaceful part of the Old Quarter with lots of specialty coffee shops and food places to check out. The convenience store was close by too if you needed anything. The lake, where a lot of the main attractions are, was also walking distance too. I would definitely book again and well worth the price.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is comfortable and really well maintained. Everything you need and more. The apartment is in a really high floor with fantastic views and we found it really quiet and private. The building is part of the Swan Lake residences which exceeded all expectations for beautiful surroundings. Absolutely perfect for kids because we lost track of the number of amazing parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Phuong was incredible in her support, flexibility and attentiveness. 11/10! We have already booked a return visit!
