Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mahmutlar

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet with easy access to the city center of Alanya. There is also a nice beach on walking distance from the apartment and many supermarkets nearby which was really nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend staying at Bella Rose Apartments :)

We rented the apartment for a week but unfortunately had to leave early. The owner of the apartment Lyudmila was understanding and agreed to a refund without any problems ( which is quite rare in this area) The apartment is not large but quite cozy. Clean, sufficient bedding and dishes. At our request, they provided a crib and even a high chair as a bonus (it was very useful for the 1.6l baby). Convenient location, proximity to the beach and all kinds of shops, markets. I would like to highlight the hostess of the apartment Lyudmila! A very pleasant and friendly woman. I saw it for myself. Because I forgot my gold chain with a pendant in the apartment and went home. Lyudmila found it and agreed to return it, even offering her help in sending the jewelry! I appreciate you a lot! It's not often you meet people like that. So I can say with confidence that we will definitely come back again !

We booked the place for 5 adults and 2 young kids. The building block is literaly 1 min walk from the beach and locationwise very peaceful. The swimming pool, bbq place and sauna were a great use. The building in general is well maintained and build to high specifications. The apartment was clean, well equipped with all day to day emenities and we didnt feel lack of anything for our 11 days stay. There is public transport just in fron if anyone is interested to take that. Othman was very responsive in communication and helped wherever we needed his help. I would highly recommen his place and he has been a great host.

There was everything you could find in your home at the accommodation. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and all kitchen utensils, home and furniture are new 2+1 and it provides a safe and quiet holiday opportunity with your very large family. Swimming pool, clean sea is 5 minutes walking distance. Mr. Murat is very caring and he will help you in every matter. Markets, restaurants are next to you. You should definitely go and see the beach. Public beach is free and clean, a complete family place. Thanks to Mr. Murat.

The apartment was very clean and functional. Great location, lovely beach, and restaurants within walking distance. The indoor pool and sauna were great. I'll definitely come to this apartment next visit to Alanya at once👌❤️

Great apartment in a private complex with a gated community, good location near the main street and within walking distance to the sea and Cleopatra beach. The property is fully stocked with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Alexander, always answered questions quickly and helped organize the transfer.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and it looked even better in real life. The location was superb - the beach just 2 min walk, Teleferik 5 min walk, Migros supermarket 5min walk, the main shopping street about 10 min walk, the Marina around 20 min walk and plenty of caffes/restaurants just on your doorstep...There is also a fish/fruit and vegetable market about 25 min away... The pool was a great extra, especially in the afternoon when it was shady. It was cleaned every day and there were always sunbeds available! I can't recommend Mat' s apartment enough! Just beware when booking excursions on the street - we have booked a jeep safari to Dimcayi river but instead we were given a mini bus. I would recommend a Sherlock Holmes company to book with (it is at the end of the street once you turn left from the apartment).

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

An idyllic vacation place in Gazi Pasha We spent two weeks in August 23 at Ercan’s place and highly recommend it. LOCATION: although away from the seashore, the villa’s location is truly an asset. It stands on a hillside, offering a marvelous view of the sea and the town. The walk to the sea is a little more than a kilometer. FACILITIES and INTERIOR: The villa is part of a complex with its own swimming pool, with restricted access. So it is clean and quiet. HOST: Ercan met us to show the way to the villa, and it was very thoughtful of him, for one can easily get lost in the labyrinth of the mountainous winding roads. He also shared very useful tips as to the best places around GP and remained available throughout our stay. It is really nice to know there’s somebody whom you can ask if you need help.

Great host, great place. Timurhan was always very receptive and open to help or advise. Quite location, beautiful view, air conditioning and swimming pool to save you on hot days, 10 minutes walking to sea and all the amenities you might need. Additionaly, right next to home, are trails, which can lead you either to Antalya castle or seaside through a pine forest.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Everything went well and the location is very well situated. I loved the apartment and the city! Everything went as expected 🙏🏻

Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Staying next to Birol and Gülsüm was a spontaneous decision that I didn't regret. It was truly gorgeous. I ended up with a great family that made my stay as comfortable and cozy as it could be. I felt like part of a family. I will remember our live conversations/breakfasts/evenings forever. And part of my heart stayed in beautiful Gülsüm and wonderful Birol. By choosing them, you'll be making one of the right decisions on your journey.

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday for 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in household appliances, such as a dishwasher, are a pleasant addition to your stay. The most beautiful view from the window, everything you need is within walking distance. I would also like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.

During our five-night stay, the host, Mr. Türkey and his assistant, Mr. Ömer, have been with us in a very caring and sincere way. The accommodation is clean ,sufficient and worth experiencing with the sea views ,coastal walking path and calm. You can choose comfortably. Thank you for everything...
