Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

Останавливались в квартире на месяц. Было приятно что есть вся необходимая посуда для готовки на большую семью. квартира очень светлая, просторная. Мы останавливались зимой, но в квартире было не холодно более того в каждой комнате есть кондиционер для обогрева и охлаждения. Ну и главная особенность квартиры это изумительный вид из окна, можно целый день любоватьс морем а вечером безумно красивыми закатами. Однозначно рекомендуем!!!

Check-in sırasında benden kaynaklanan çok ufak bir problem yaşadık ama çalışan ekibin bunu çözme gayreti ve isteği harikaydı. Kısa sürede sorunu çözdük. Alanya'ya gelip kısa ve dışarıda bol gezmeli tatil yapmak isteyenler için harika! Fiyat performans olarak mükemmel

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Останавливались на 1 месяц. Квартира соответствует описанию. Была проблема со светом, но сразу вызвали электрика и все починили. Так же закончился газ, и в этот же день нам привезли новый балон с газом. Так как мы были с ребенком, хозяин купил нам десткий стул и ванну для ребенка. Все вопросы быстро решались через помощницу Анну. Проживание было комфортное, до моря идти 2-3 минуты. Единственный минус это был 5ый этаж, но нам было нормально. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Wohnung. Das ist eine Wohnung die den Fotos entspricht. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand. (6-8 Gehminuten). Zur Strand bergab, zurück bergauf Das ist beste Ecke von Kleopatra Strand. Das war für uns sehr wichtig. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Gelegentlich zum Kochen. Einfach ist alles gut gewesen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.

Une très belle maison avec de nombreux équipements. Hôte très amicale et très active au téléphone. Très beau séjour, je recommande la maison.

Kendisi mükemmel bir insan ve kibar. her şey dediği gibiydi. Ev yeni, evin olanakları fazlasıyla vardı. ev tertemizdi. Fazlası vardır ama eksiği yoktur. Ev sahipliği için teşekkürler.

Harika konumu var, ev içerisindeki her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Margarita hanım çok sevecen ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Çok memnun kaldık.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and it looked even better in real life. The location was superb - the beach just 2 min walk, Teleferik 5 min walk, Migros supermarket 5min walk, the main shopping street about 10 min walk, the Marina around 20 min walk and plenty of caffes/restaurants just on your doorstep...There is also a fish/fruit and vegetable market about 25 min away... The pool was a great extra, especially in the afternoon when it was shady. It was cleaned every day and there were always sunbeds available! I can't recommend Mat' s apartment enough! Just beware when booking excursions on the street - we have booked a jeep safari to Dimcayi river but instead we were given a mini bus. I would recommend a Sherlock Holmes company to book with (it is at the end of the street once you turn left from the apartment).

Die Unterkunft ist richtig schick und topmodern. Bequeme Sofas, tolles Bett. Die Loggia eignet sich gut, um nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Es wird recht schnell warm und ein bisschen stickig dort, schließt am besten die Loggia, die sich ziemlich schnell aufheizt. Dafür kann man aber gut die elektrischen Rollos und die Klimaanlage nutzen, es gibt mehrere, die man variabel einstellen kann. Das Küchenequipment ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top, in fünf Minuten ist man am schönen Kleopatra Strand, Busse und Taxis gut erreichbar, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg. Es wird derzeit gebaut in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber wir fanden es nicht zu laut. Einchecken und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Check in war einfach. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen. Negativ Punkte: Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße und bei offener Balkontür ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören. Es gab keine Anleitung zur Kilmaanlage, dementsprechend haben wir sie nicht anständig zu laufen gebracht bekommen Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage zum Meer

Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer von stellas angebotenen wohnungen. Und war top zufrieden sie ist sehr hilfreich und hat mir wieder mal getränke bereit gestellt für meine Ankunft. Die lage ist sowieso unbeschreiblich alles wichtige ist innerhalb von einer minute zu erreichen. Anlage wird täglich gepflegt. Und höfliche nachbarn inklusive. Ich weiß nicht was ich noch ergänzen könnte. Wenns klappt sind wir zum sommer wieder da!! Danke für alles!!

The apartment is in a new building just steps from the sea - the location is perfect! It’s right next to a large Migros supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop. The bus station is also within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mr. Ali Riza personally welcomed us, was always available, and answered all our questions. There was a large table but no chairs at first. And upon our request, he kindly brought us a great computer chair. We truly appreciated his help! Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this place!

From the moment I booked, Serhat went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. Communication was quick, clear, and always kind. It was immediately clear that he genuinely cared. When I arrived, the place was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. Thoughtful touches were everywhere: drinks in the kitchen, a personalized welcome, and great local recommendations tailored to my interests. What really stood out was how attentive Serhat was without ever being intrusive. He checked in just the right amount to make sure I had everything I needed, and when I had a small question, his response was immediate and helpful. Serhat is the kind of host who makes you feel like a guest in a friend’s home. I left feeling grateful and and I’ll absolutely be booking again. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re in excellent hands!

Wow, what a view. The balcony makes this apartment. great living area with lots of room and all the amenities that you need. there is a building site next door but this didnt bother us as worked started after 9am.
