Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee

Would highly recommend and would book again for sure! Instructions were very thorough, place was clean and tidy. Beautiful backyard and had everything you would need when staying at an Air bnb and more. Additionally, gave us the option to check in earlier - which was super helpful and later if needed. Very nice, and very appreciated. 😊

Wainui beach is a fantastic location with surfer like atmosphere. The house was elevated from the sand but 10 stairs away. House has very high ceilings making it seem huge! The living areas face the beach. We had 3 couples staying and it was perfect.

I had never been to New Zealand before and I needed a place to stay in Mahia for work. The home was welcoming and exactly what I needed to get my job done and enjoy the amazingly beautiful surroundings when I had some spare time. Everything I needed was in the home to make myself at home as well as being able to work from home too! Tracey's home had great views, great wood burning stove, the patios were amazing and everything I needed was there, even some starter groceries! Tracey was a great host and her home is a great place to stay in Mahia. I'm not sure there is a more peaceful spot in the world, you can go to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and there's very little road traffic or noise from other neighbors. Just a fantastic place and great stay. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was super clean, warm, and very comfortable perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends just wanting to relax and enjoy. The atmosphere was peaceful, the outdoor view was beautiful, and everything was exactly as described. It felt so cozy and welcoming, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back again definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in!
