On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, an equipped kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 place settings and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cozy for evenings in family by the fireside or parties). 1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Our family country house is located in the quiet of a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. In fine weather, enjoy the heated pool (accessible from early May to late September). In the fall and winter, come and warm up by the fireplace. A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg.
