House vacation rentals in Mahebourg

This property is an absolute gem! We’ve just returned from our first holiday to Mauritius, and had the most amazing time. The house was spacious and well equipped, the beds were comfortable in air conditioned bedrooms, and the views to die for. Our children spent countless hours in the pool and loved the beach which was directly accessed from the bottom of the garden. There was parking for our car and the house was very secure with electric gates to the front. There was a useful shop close to the house and all the facilities you could require in the next town. The south of the island is beautiful, and has so many attractions to keep everyone entertained. Dominique was the perfect host, always available when needed . Jean Noel, the maintenance guy was amazing and was very friendly to our children, picking and opening coconuts from the trees in the garden and giving lessons in Mauritian life. I’ve never been so sad to leave at the end of a holiday, and we are already planning our return!

Das kleine Cottage von Jf und Kareen hat uns mit seinem ganz eigenen Charme, einer tollen Ausstattung und seiner optimalen Lage mehr als überzeugt. Es war sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber haben nicht zu viel versprochen, waren selbst sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets für Fragen erreichbar. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen 😊

Wir waren das zweite mal Gast in Christine‘s Airbnb. Das Airbnb war täglich sauber, die Betten frisch gemacht. Sie geben sich viel mühe dem Gast eine angenehme Zeit zu ermöglichen. Die Lage des Airbnbs ist super gelegen um zu Fuss in Restaurants zu gehen oder Kleinigkeiten einzukaufen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden es wieder buchen.

Belle villa privé, agréable et prope dans un quartier résidentiel et tranquille proche des commodités et de la très belle plage du Morne à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous, nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous. Parking privé et sécurité dans le jardin avec un préau ce qui est appréciable. Il y a une belle piscine avec un beau jardin arboré aux abords et deux coins salons de jardin sur la grande terrasse. Il y a la possibilité de commander de bons plats maison préparer par l'adorable Rita qui s'occupe de l'entretien de la villa. Éric l'hôte et très sympathique et agréable.

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

Logement exactement comme sur les photos Très bel emplacement Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas faite avant d'arriver des locataires . Quand vous arrivez sur L'île après 48 hrs de voyage et 8hrs décalage d'horaires c'est dommage de trouver un logement sans personne sur place pour vous accueillir et j'ai du attendre 45 minutes pour les clés . Quelle dommage un si beau logement très bien placé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des bonnes vacances Il faut revoir les personnels qui gèrent le logement c'est juste pas possible. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir mais avant je prendrais tout les précautions pour ne pas subir tout ces désagrément. Merci Sealodge de revoir les personnels qui s'occupent du logement. We were welcomed into the home on our arrival with great communication. The property is located in a very secure gated community with guards. The property was spotless and maintained to a high standard. It felt very homely and we enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and living areas. All the rooms had both AC and a ceiling fan with remote control setting which was very convenient. The location was great for us to get to a few of our adventures which I clouded casella nature park and tamarin falls. Also only 7min drive to flic en flac with numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit mauritius. Also had a lovely view from the terrace!

Avant même d’arriver à l’Ile Maurice, Caroline s’est montrée très disponible. Nous avons de suite ressentie sa bienveillance, sa douceur envers nos enfants et son hospitalité. Un bonheur d’avoir eu l’occasion de découvrir son logement ainsi que ses talents de cuisinière puisque nous avons pu goûter à un plat local réalisé par ses soins. Tout est prévu pour y passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation ce lieu. Un GRAND merci encore !! Nous n’avons pas prévu de revenir à l’île Maurice dans les mois/années qui arrivent cependant nous gardons l’adresse précieusement, sait-on jamais !!

Sheila was an exceptional host, friendly, always responsive to calls/texts and even went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (especially with her family for airport runs and car rental!!) Our lengthy stay was a home from home! We couldn’t thank her enough 🙏🏽 The place is a nice, big spacious apartment in the heart of rural Mauritius, small local shops close by - be prepared for some bugs in the evening, but friendly (and shy!) geckos, who actually help eat the bugs! Belle Mare beach (one of the best on the island) only 10 minutes away by car. La Riviere restaurant was also recommended by Shelia and is must to eat at, no need to make a reservation, you can just turn up! On our last day we also visited an island called Ile Aux Cerf which was a short drive and then boat ride away! Shelia also provided us with basic essentials: water, juice, sugar, cutlery, cleaning products and household basics. On top of all that she also provided a very useful welcome guide. Overall 10/

We had a wonderful time staying at Sarespadee's home in Pointe aux Sables. The house is very spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Sarespadee is a generous and thoughtful host—she arranged a desk when we requested one, and also provided a crib and high chair for our baby. The beds are large and extremely comfortable, and she was always helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. I felt completely comfortable strolling around with my baby. It's about a 10-minute walk to London Way, the local grocery store, and about a 5-minute walk to the 51 bus stop, which has frequent buses into Port Louis (30-40 min ride). From there, you can easily transfer to buses going across the island. That said, it's preferable to have a vehicle, especially if you plan to explore more of the island or eat out regularly. The area isn’t very touristy and doesn’t have many nearby restaurants, but we enjoyed several in Albion, which is a short drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely house. The location is superb, so is the garden.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

Grande maison, toute neuve lors de notre passage. Fonctionnelle et bien située. Emile dispo et accueillant. Quelques points de vigilance : La maison est située dans un lotissement en construction. Nous n'avons pas eu de nuisances avec des travaux lors de notre séjour mais ça ne sera pas forcement les cas tout le temps au vu des constructions en cours ou à venir. Plus gros bémol, présence de chiens dans la résidence, des aboiements réguliers y compris la nuit Voiture indispensable. Le lotissement est sécurisé et gardienné. C'est rassurant car on se sent un peu isolé.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans la belle maison d'Alain qui nous a reçus de façon très sympathique, il est disponible et réactif, c'est parfait. La maison est moderne, très agréable, joliment décorée et d'une propreté rare. Rien ne manque, même les serviettes de plage sont fournies, et des fruits et boissons sont offerts à l'arrivée. La literie est très confortable. Clyvie, la femme de ménage est gentille, discrète et efficace, et les plats généreux qu'elle concocte à la demande sont un plus vraiment appréciable. Toute la famille recommande à 100% !

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

La promesse a été entièrement tenue ! La maison est très propre, accueillante et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L’environnement est calme, idéal pour se reposer. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif, rassurant et très coopératif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten, mit einer top Ausstattung – es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren funktionieren einwandfrei, was in diesem Klima sehr angenehm ist. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die sehr enge Einfahrt in den Hof, die etwas Geschick erfordert. Wie bereits vorab bekannt, gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer – allerdings steht das Wasser dort, was ab und zu zu einem unangenehmen Geruch führt. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten können wir die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.

Der Aufenthalt im Appartment von Stephanie war wunderbar! Das Appartment ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Ganz besonders toll ist der Außenbereich mit Küche und Pool. Die große Dusche ist auch klasse. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, inkl. einer kleinen Grundausstattung, z.B. Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, etc. Alles war blitzsauber. Stephanie und Ihr Mann sind super nett. Sie hat immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns zur Begrüßung sogar einen schönen Obstteller hergerichtet. Der Check-in war flexibel und völlig problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartment jederzeit vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.
