on a passé un très beau séjour tout est à proximité n'est pas besoin de voiture ni transport proche de tout marché en plein air des fruits ,des légumes et des viandes fraîche la plage en face de l'immeuble Nadia et sa soeur sont toujours disponible pour nous, à l'écoute et serviable un beau appartement propre

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa cet été. Le logement était non seulement confortable et impeccablement propre, mais aussi très bien équipé, offrant tout le nécessaire pour passer de bons moments en toute tranquillité. La localisation était idéale, avec un cadre magnifique et apaisant, parfait pour se ressourcer. Mention spéciale à notre hôte, qui a été extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience authentique et relaxante !

Appartamento grande e ben attrezzato, in una ottima zona vicino al centro storico di Mahdia raggiungibile a piedi. Wissem è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consigliato dei bei posti da vedere e dei buoni ristoranti in zona

La casa di Alouane è una casa tradizionale bellissima, perfetta per respirare l’atmosfera tipica tunisina: attorno a un patio centrale, dove rilassarsi, si articolano il salone e le grandi camere, ciascuna con bagno. Vicinissima allo splendido mare di Madhia, è stata la locazione perfetta per la nostra numerosa famiglia.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est propre, quelques petites choses à revoir mais rien de bien méchant cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer une super semaine. La résidence est top, propre, sécurisé... Sofia est très réactif. L'accueil a été fait par son oncle, une personne très souriante et accueillante. Merci

I’ll give Yacine’s place 5 stars for everything, kids enjoyed the pools and the water park, bedding very comfortable, private parking, quiet neighborhood and safe. We used the beach from the hotel next door and paid only 6 euros. We will definitely go back

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
