Eswatini Chalet

Both humans and animals did their best to make me feel welcome at Phili’s place. She is a warm host with a cosy, spotless cabin and the views are amazing. She also presented me with the great gift of local avos - the best in Southern Africa! In her I gained a new friend. Highly recommended
Open double doors reveal a tranquil view of the lush landscape outside. A cozy sleeping area is visible, featuring a spacious bed with a rolled towel on top. A rustic wooden bench and a patterned rug complement the inviting space.

Bushwhacked, Barberton (The Woodshed)

LiezlRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Bushwhacked is the perfect stay for people who are… well, bushwhacked. Abundant birdlife, spectacular views, that now-we’re-out-in-nature feeling and complete quiet. If you prefer a can of Doom to a fat, pink gecko as your means of pest control, then this is not the place for you. Its charm comes from hand hewn stone and old farm finds, not pristine white cotton and Charlotte Rhys in the bathroom. But if you’re looking for the perfect overnight intro to the Kruger or your soul requires a few days disconnected and surrounded by nature (while still having access to WiFi, because some things don’t change) then this is the place you’ve been looking for. Catherine is very helpful and a joy too!
A private deck is shown with several wooden lounge chairs that face an expansive view of the De Kaap Valley. A gazebo provides shade, while the sun sets in the background, casting a warm glow across the landscape.
