Had a great two months stay at Stefano's apartment. I liked that location was in the southern part of the city, where the beaches are considerably cleaner and calmer than in city center. My daily ride to gym to city center was just a short bus trip away. There are also several places nearby where it is possible to eat and hang out. Also several grocery shops next to building. I also liked that the apart hotel had a cafeteria, which served decent food. I would certainly stay here again! Communication with Stefano was also easy.

Заселение прошло отлично, хозяин квартиры очень приятный и интеллигентный человек объяснил бытовые мелочи. Войдя в квартиру было ощущение что мы попали в сказку, все подобрано со вкусом, каждая деталь в интерьере изумительная, мы нашли все необходимое для жилья начиная со столовых наборов заканчивая зонтиками, все благодаря хозяйке, она позаботилась о комфорте и уюте каждого гостя. Месторасположение отличное, все в шаговой доступности, море, супермаркеты, аптеки, рестораны и достопримечательности. Большая просьба гостям относиться к квартире бережнее, видно что в квартиру вложили душу, это надо ценить. Желаю хозяевам квартиры добрых гостей, спасибо вам за гостеприимность. Батуми и ваша квартира останется в наших сердцах, мы к вам вернемся.

Отдых -супер! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фото! Вид на море, панорамные окна, балкон. По соотношению цена-качество - оптимальный вариант. Квартира в новых апартаментах ORBY, первая линия. Ремонт современный, есть все необходимое. Хозяйка -замечательная! Очень гостеприимная, ответственная, отвечает быстро.

I stayed a total of 2 weeks here at the Beatles ApartHotel/Hostel and it was great. The staff are wonderful and the hostel is very well kept. Use of the kitchen and dining area always felt right at home and the keeper Shota was awesome. I also could not ask for a better location right on the beachfront! Loved my stay and will miss it.

We had great pleasure at Chateau Iveri, a very beautiful place with unique nature, wonderful views and hospitality. We took part in the grape harvest and celebrated with the hosts and guests of the chateau. We had unforgettable emotions. I recommend everyone to visit Chateau Iveri.

Nachdem der Taxifahrer mit Hilfe eines Telefonats das Haus gefunden hatte, waren wir von der Lage, von dem Zimmer und der Aussicht von den Balkonen begeistert. Irina war sehr freundlich und nett. In Ureki war schon Nachsaison, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants waren schon geschlossen. Am Strand waren nur wenig Menschen.

It's an adorable place to stay! It's chilling, and beautiful with an amazing view to enjoy the sunset and planes' landings. Super clean, and it matched what was in the photos. The bar on the same floor has both nice breakfast to start your day and cocktails to end your day with great view and memories) I would definitely like to return to this place when I'm in Batumi next time.

The stay at Emans place is fantastic, he is very easy to talk to and responsive if you need help with anything. The internet speed is very good, good and stable enough to work. The big 4K tv perfectly placed in front of the couch is also perfect! The kitchen comes with everything you need, with an integrated fridge, nice and modern kitchen cabinets. The bathroom is also really nice and spacious with a very modern design and heated floors. I had a great time staying at Emans place. I very much recommend booking this place!

Переехали сюди из Сарпи и остались очень довольны этим выбором! Место красивейшее! У нас в номере было 2 балкона на разные стороны, и виды из них потрясающие. В номере чисто и свежо, кондиционер спасает от жары. Внизу, сразу под окнами, прекрасный ресторан. Но в нём до ночи громко играет музыка. Нам это нравилось, но может мешать спать, если рано ложитесь. До моря идти минут 10-15 вниз с горы. Соответственно, потом наверх :) Нас это не смутило, дорога живописная, хоть и не самая чистая - ходят коровы и оставляют иногда после себя следы прибывания ) В целом место очень понравилось!

Бека замечательный хозяин! Быстро одобрил проживание, в апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое есть. Апартаменты находятся в самом центре города, близко до моря и лучших ресторанов. Отдельное спасибо Беке за то, что разрешил оставить вещи и провести время в апартаментах после выселения! (наш рейс был ночью) 🙏🤙✨

Описание и фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности. От себя хочу добавить, отель Sunny Hotel - отличное тихое место для отдыха от городской суеты рядом с Ботаническим садом. Хозяева гостеприимные, ежедневные вкусные завтраки и ужины от хозяйки Гульнары, Георгий - добрый отзывчивый человек, всё организует, всё подскажет. В отеле также работает экскурсионное бюро, всем советую экскурсию в Гомис Мта, с него открываются отличные виды, всю информацию можно узнать у Георгия.

Очень принятый персонал. Нона решила все наши вопросы невероятно быстро и дала нам множество советов по поводу различных экскурсий. Горячая вода есть, рабочий столик есть, прекрасный вид из окна. Возможно не самый лучший интернет, но думаю это для большинства не станет проблемой. Ещё раз благодарим Нону за все. Рекомендуем всем остаться хотя бы на несколько дней.

Sofia and the Green Hills service Team are very friendly and nice, the food is good as well and even for decent prices. The view from the roam and the facilities are amazing, we didn't leave the property for two days as the accomodation is beautiful and provides everything you need. highly recommended, we will come back. Thank you for everything!
