Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

The location of the house is fantastic, there is a beautiful sea view with easy accessibility at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near the house. We felt like home, very nice and cozy decoration, comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had all the amenities for a pleasure accommodation. We will definitely recommend that place and also Theodora is very helpful, friendly and responsible host. Thank very much for everything, hope to see you again

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

It was a great experience to start staying in Volos with this place, the house owner lady is very kind and friendly. She was visionary about things I may need while staying in a place. It's one of the prettiest homes we've ever stayed in. So beautiful we wanted to stay in the house and not explore the island :-). It is new, spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, equipped with all amenities, with air conditioning and TV in every room of the house, with huge private parking within the plot, in an amazing location that you can have access to the whole island, next to Koukounaries and close to many restaurants and infrastructure. In addition, Chrysoula is a very warm and kind person who was very helpful and kind. We will be very happy to go back and highly recommend it for a great experience and stay in Skiathos.

We were two couples with a total of three children. Our stay was impeccable. The owners were friendly, helpful and offered us many welcome gifts! The location is quiet and cool. The house is beautifully decorated indoors and outdoors, with all essential amenities! Very nice yard with parking for 2 cars. I would definitely go again! Thank you!

This is a lovely, well equipped house in a great location - beautiful beaches are only a short drive away (get there early if you want a sun bed) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the village. We especially loved the vegetable garden!

Beautiful house, good location close to the beach, great the small dishwasher and washing machine if you are to several people.Horefto a nice place with mainly Greek tourism, the tavern "to Kima" (the wave) is fantastic to eat and we have never paid more than 10 euros per person in a large group for the finest fish and seafood dishes, the typical homemade side dishes and much more. The beach never crowded (July), the neighboring beach with the wildlife tenants even more original and invites you to take nudist bathing, even recently a hidden cafe. The Pilion through the mixed forests and springs is nice to hike and not too hot.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Everything is flawless and exactly as Mr. Nikos describes it. You can choose it for summer holidays and winter months since it is all close by car. The house is warm with a fireplace ,a/c and always with warm water.

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

The house is very beautiful, clean and tidy. Ambient lighting creates a pleasant feeling, although it would be helpful to have a little more bright lighting in the living room, especially for those who want to cook. The area is very quite and safe, while within walking distance there are large supermarkets, which served us very well. If I could suggest anything, it would be the addition of disposable slippers in the apartment for greater comfort. The communication with Ekaterina was impeccable and self check-in made it very easy for us to check in. Thank you so much!

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

The house was great!!very modern and very clean!It was decorated for Christmas and the basilica was very welcoming and helpful in everything we needed!!
