Villa vacation rentals in Magliano in Toscana

In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

Tout d'abord parlons de la maison, une maison spacieuse sur deux étages avec une architecture bois/pierre magnifique. Un jardin parfait pour se relaxer avec hamac, transat et bien sûr le jaccuzi, un havre de paix si vous voulez avoir un magnifique paysage et de la tranquillité avec le chant des oiseaux. De plus, je voudrais remercier Senta pour avoir été présente pour nous, pour répondre à toutes nos questions. C'est une personne extrêmement bien veillante. Pour finir merci à Lorenzo que nous avons pu rencontrer qui s'est rendu disponible très rapidement quand nous avons eu besoin de lui. Il ne parlait pas très bien anglais ce qui a donné une situation drôle car nous parlons que très peu italien, mais les actes compte plus que les mots. Merci Senta et Lorenzo. Nous reviendrons !!! Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Absolutely wonderful space for our five days in Tuscany with four adults and two toddlers. It was too cold for the pool to be open but we used the heated tub a couple days. Heads up about the tub- it took 1-2 days to fully heat up bc it is heated by building a fire. Then once it heated up it was wayyy too hot, so then it took a day to fully cool down to be safe for humans. It was a fun adventure to figure out!! There was so much space for the kiddos to explore and play in. The view is breathtaking. You are far enough from the towns to feel like you can completely relax but also close enough to do day trips to nearby towns. Heavenly week! There’s a cute farmers market on Friday mornings in paciano where there’s a cheese stand that had the most incredible cheeses! Leslie the point of contact person was super responsive and welcoming. The wind slammed the door shut one morning which locked us out but Leslie acted quickly and was able to get us back in remarkably fast! Best week ever!

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Si tratta di una villetta semindipendente, nuova, arredata in modo moderno e funzionale. Il riscaldamento invernale è autonomo e scalda molto bene. La cucina è ampia, pulita, attrezzata e funzionale, sebbene manchi la lavastoviglie. Sono presenti stoviglie di tutti i tipi, molto più di quanto possa servire. Il patio ed il giardino esterni sono arredati con area relax, lettini prendisole, amaca, zona pranzo, ampio ombrellone e persino un grande barbecue. Purtroppo noi ci siamo stati d'inverno e non abbiamo goduto di tutto questo, ma durante la bella stagione immagino sia uno spazio molto piacevole. I bagni sono puliti e funzionali, con armadietti per riporre gli oggetti personali. I letti sono abbastanza comodi, anche se avremmo gradito un cuscino aggiuntivo. L'host è stata cordiale ed ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per godere al meglio della casa e dei dintorni. Consiglio sicuramente questa villetta.

We were a group of 10 adults and 3 kids, and we just loved the place. The Villa was spaces. Everyone found a room to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped it was clean and the clear instructions by the host were easy to understand and you immediately felt home. The garden was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for families. The grill and outdoor seating area was great for breakfast and dinner. We really enjoyed the time and it wasn’t our last visit. We visited with a group of four adults and a 15 month old and had the best stay at this farmhouse! The home is decorated in the typical Tuscan style and is so beautiful. There were four spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms which gave our group lots of space and privacy. The living room and kitchen were perfect gathering spaces filled with natural light. We cooked a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The best part of this home was the surrounding views of the Siena hills! We spent every day walking around and admiring the extraordinary views here. As a bonus, there was a hot tub! The perfect end to a day spent walking around the hill towns of Tuscany. The owners of the property were there whenever we needed them and were very gracious and friendly hosts. We really enjoyed all aspects of this house and would definitely return!

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. La villa di Alessandro è un’angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde della campagna toscana. Raramente ho trovato una villa così bella, curata e pulita, con spazi verdi assolutamente strepitosi. Alessandro e sua moglie sono degli host fantastici, sempre pronti e reattivi per qualsiasi esigenza. Non posso che ringraziarli per la magnifica ospitalità e per la splendida esperienza.

Beautiful and tranquil countryside retreat and welcoming hostess. Stayed with friendsfor my birthday weekend and we enjoyed so much hanging out by the fire in the evening and enjoying the fresh morning air around the garden before breakfast. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! The property (villa, surrounding grounds and the pool area) and the view were beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. it is exactly what you envision when thinking of a Tuscan villa. The house is large and clean, and it easily accommodated five adults with lots of extra room. The location is also very convenient, being close to a large grocery store and to the A1 highway. There are many restaurants and wineries nearby as well. Marco was a fantastic host who was very communicative and responsive. His parents (Ario and Santina), who live nearby, were lovely and friendly, while also giving us our space and privacy. Thank you very much Marco, Ario and Santina!!! We were sad to leave your beautiful villa and hope to be back soon!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s place with friends and family. The place is as pictured and Caroline was so helpful with recommendations for things to do and day trips. She also graciously agreed to keep the pool open a few weeks longer than normal so our kids could enjoy it. The surroundings are beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. We would definitely consider Caroline’s place again if we go to Tuscany.

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. Das Haus ist sehr schön und rhuig gelegen, in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes etwas weiter weg sind. Trotz gemischten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die schönen Tage waren wir Wandern, Fahrradfahren in der Maremma oder baden am Meer. Das naheliegende Daniel Spöri-Museum ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Regen haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ausgiebig gekocht und bei Kaminfeuer die gute DVD Musik- und Film-Auswahl genossen. Rundum für uns (5) ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

We boekten dit huis om de Strade Bianche te fietsen en ook te genieten van Siena, andere bezienswaardigheden en het heerlijk eten. Dit huis is proper en gezellig, en ideaal als uitvalbasis. De eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk en hebben ons wat tips gegeven om in de buurt een hapje te eten.

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.
