Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we provide breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Feel free to notify requests early.

Ormanäsgården

Welcome to a farm with roots from the 1800s. The residential house was built in 2001 and you have your own entrance to your apartment of 68 m2. Fantastic views overlooking Västra Ringsjön. Enjoy a stay with the farm animals close to you. Go down to the lake to fish or take a swim or just relax in the rural environment. It is also possible to visit our own farm shop. If you want a beach, there is one in Sjöholmen 1 km from Ormanäsgården. The hosts live in the same house and are therefore easily accessible for questions.

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Huset har öppen planlösning, 5 rum fördelat på 100 m2, braskamin, synliga bjälkar, lantkök och 2 sängar som är bäddade när ni kommer. Härlig skogstomt med växthus, vedbod och generösa uteplatser. Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.
