Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th century Andalusian farmhouse located in the country side 3 km from the city. It has 4 apartments of different capacity: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the cortijo. The Tinao apartment occupies the old hayloft and warehouse of agricultural tools. A duplex, with an open mezzanine and a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade.
