Casa Leve is a rustic and super charming house, all built with demolition materials, wattle and daub walls, built with a focus on sustainability, integration with nature and comfort. The house is furnished and decorated with furniture and art pieces from Atelier Carlos França, who also designed and built the house. The house is totally integrated with nature. We have redário, lawn, little house with slips, swinging, floor fire and shower in the garden. Surrounded terrain with screen and fence.

COME SPEND A FEW DAYS SURROUNDED BY GREENERY AND PURE AIR! The Chalet is located in the Corrêas neighborhood of Petrópolis in a RESIDENTIAL area AWAY from the center of the neighborhood. It is about a 30-minute drive from the center of Petrópolis, 20 minutes by car from the Bingen Bus Station in Petrópolis. The Chalet is on a plot SHARED WITH THE MAIN HOUSE, which we also rent SEPARATELY through Airbnb. Access to the Chalet is via stairs as shown in the photo. Ideal for those who like nature!

In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). This apartment is part of the Quitandinha Palace, built in the 1940s to be the most luxurious casino and leisure space in Latin America.
