The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few days relaxing with family or friends, the pool is the soul of the house, clean, spacious, everything is perfect, recommended, you have a mini-market nearby, seafood restaurants if you wish and bread with pork rinds to eat for breakfast very close and delicious.

A highly recommended place, with all the amenities mentioned. The manager María Paula, was always attentive and provided accurate information, as well as solved some difficulties that were presented with the water. It is a cozy place to spend with the whole family and perfect for children to have fun.

An excellent choice in Punta Hermosa. The house is in front of the beach, delivery and taxis arrive. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors don't have a problem if you play music. We couldn't have asked for more, thanks Mauricio!

Renee and Marion's apartment is spectacular, it overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and rooms are very well equipped. It's just amazing that each room has its own bathroom and an additional guest bathroom, I think that's it It allows guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is warmer because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Our second time staying at Mildred's place, very easy to communicate with her, ideal facilities and location for our needs, supply of toiletries, water, laundry powder /facilities to have a good start to our stay. A very pleasant start and thanks again.

Great host great apartment Century located safe Neighbourhood. We were a family of four with two kids, and it was perfect for us tankless water system for hot water as needed very responsive host. Any questions or problems concerns she would deal with them immediately. Also helped us understand the local area and connected us with a maid that works for us as well. Would highly recommend anyone staying at this apartment.

Teresa and her staff accommodated me on very short notice and was extremely responsive with all my questions. It has a great view of the city lights at night. It is near an emergency clinic so expect some noise.

It’s in a very great location in Barranco and there are lots of things to do nearby. You can walk to nearby Miraflores as well. The room has a beautiful view of the city and it’s very comfortable and has any amenities that you need. It’s a very good price and definitely worth it if you’re staying in Lima.

Christian was an AWESOME host, the place is very nice and BIG! Everything you need is nearby like a pharmacy, grocery store etc. I really enjoyed my stay, it was super convenient being here 3 months!

Spacious apartment, excellent bed and pillows. Communication with the host was very easy. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water as a welcome.

We stayed here with family for a few nights and were happily satisfied. The location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, kids parks nearby. The place was clean, comfortable and Marco was excellent host. He was flexible with our needs and easy to communicate with. There is also a small gym and pool in the building which was a nice experience. Thank you.
