We had such a great stay here (family of 6)! The place was exactly as described as everything looked just like the photos and matched the listing perfectly. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable, with lots of great spots nearby.

This is the second time I've stayed with Gerardo, I really wouldn't hesitate to do it again, the area seemed safe to me, close to places to eat, it has a good location to be able to get around, Gerardo is very attentive, kind and always attentive to what you need! This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

For the size and design of the space as well as the incredible location, you can’t find a better value! Furnishings are spare, but we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We look forward to staying again!

This was a great find! Comfortable beds & cool vibe. This place is super convenient & located in a wonderful part of the city. Very unique layout with an upstairs patio area--great for morning coffee or late-night drinks. Just be aware that another apartment is very close (due to the unique layout) and may not be completely private when everyone is "home". Host is responsive and helpful. Overall, great expereince! Highly recommend.

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

An excellent house with a barbecue and fire pit. Very comfortable to enjoy the incredible view. The house has many stairs, making it difficult to carry groceries and things in general up. It's missing some railings and there's a section under construction, but overall the house is very nice.

It's a very nice house, the truth is my whole family was very comfortable. We didn't have any problems, the area is very quiet. The host is very friendly, responds quickly and is very accessible. If you have the chance to stay here, it's a very good option ❤️

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Everything was really good, everything was clean and it's in a really good location, it's a few blocks from Bellas Artes, I would book here again

Excellent stay in this very comfortable accommodation, very nice and cozy with the services that are needed for the stay, the host is super attentive and always attentive , a super noteworthy point is that it is very close to a metro station which makes mobility excellent around the city, the super quiet and very nice area, they provide supplies due to the issue of the noise of cars and others , which the truth is not used because in our opinion it is the normal noise of any city, so this, did not cause us any discomfort, we rest super well.

Place was great , I didn’t notice it was no A/c on the posting and instantly got worried but it was very cool the entire time with the fans . I love the balcony , it was super quiet. Ubers are super And everything was under $6 from this location . If you have a Sam’s card , this stay is right behind the store so that’s also a plus.

A more than excellent place to stay. It's very spacious and quite comfortable, so much so that we didn't even want to leave. The doorman is a very friendly person and you never feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this airbnb again
