Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß und ist im Sommer schön kühl. Sie wurde ganz neu saniert und liebevoll ,mit viel Handwerklichem Geschick, von uns selbstgestaltet. Die Holzwerkstatt ist im Haus. (nur als Hobby....es ist kein Lärm zu Erwarten)😉Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und in ihm befindet sich meine Floristenwerkstatt,die ich gewerblich betreibe. Die Räume der Wohnung sind hell ,geräumig und freundlich . Verdunklungsrollos sind angebracht. Die Küche iist gut bestückt mit allem was man so braucht. Als Gastgeber wohne ich vor Ort und stehe jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden.

It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Ich vermiete mein 34qm großes 1,5 Zimmer-Apartment im Zentrum Jenas. Die ruhige Lage in der Fußgängerzone ermöglicht kürzeste Wege zur Kultur, zu Sehenswertem, zum Shopping und zu kulinarischen Erlebnissen. Aber auch zu den grünen Inseln, wie den Botanischen Garten, am Saalestrand und im Paradies-Park, die durch einen kurzen Fußweg leicht zu erreichen sind. Leider muss ich die Baustelle in der Nähe erwähnen. Seit März kommt es von 7:00 Uhr - 18:00 Uhr zu erheblichen Baulärm.

Sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. 100m Gartenweg zum Haus. Gut gesichert. Sehr gut erreichbar sind - Weimar Weltkulturstadt mit Buchenwald, Erfurt, Jena mit Goethe und Schiller, sowie eine Umgebung mit viel Grün und mildem Klima. Saaleradwanderweg ca.500 m entfernt.

The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
