Wir hatten seinen ganz tollen Aufenthalt bei Pepe und Elke. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön, viele Fenster und einen Ofen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Es gibt eine Veranda mit Möbeln. Die Galerie ist toll, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Beagle Kanal und auf argentinische Berge ☺️ Die Leute vor Ort sind so nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ortskern war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt nicht so viel in Puerto Williams aber dafür kennt man sich schnell und es hat einfach Spaß gemacht dort zu sein.

Estuvo todo súper bien… lo único malo fueron las sábanas de la cama de dos plazas, nose de qué material eran y producían electricidad.

Muy buena experiencia, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y el departamento es muy cómodo, cuenta con varios detalles como dejarnos adaptadores para los cargadores y otras cosas que hacen práctico el día a día. La zona es tranquila y accesible a los lugares para recorrer e ir se compras.

This place was perfect! We spent a lot of time trekking in the park and it was so great to have a base in Puerto Natales to come back to after long days in the mountains to relax, cook a good meal, and take care of laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Hermoso, hermoso, hermoso! La casa muy cómoda, amplia, muy iluminada, limpia, con de todo lo básico para una estadía que me habría gustado hubiese sido más larga. La vista de la casa y algunas piezas es increíble. Tenderse en la hamaca interior en la mañana mirando la cordillera con un mate es realmente impagable. Pese a lo amplia y alto del techo, no costó tanto mantener la casa caliente en las noches, aunque estuvimos en verano. Alejandro fue muy amable y simpático, siempre disponible a cualquier cosa, con indicaciones claras para llegar y recomendaciones. Completamente recomendado para cualquiera que pase por Pto. Natales.

If you are debating hotel vs this airbnb, don’t hesitate! It was by far the best part of our trip and will forever be lasting memories for our family. Fire in the fireplace, incredible views but not too far from things to feel isolated. Farmhouse dream in Patagonia. Views are unbelievable and a few minutes drive to town for food and shopping. We drove to the Torres del Paine National Park from there and back same day and still went out for dinner and gelato. We never wanted to leave, made us want to move there, stay here!

Great stay. It’s perfect for families with a really nice pool, which is a big plus for kids! We enjoyed the bedrooms with multiple sleep options, and it was nice to have laundry facilities (with a dryer!!) in the complex as opposed to having to pay more for a laundry service after camping in Torres Del Paine. Only small downside is the blinds still let in a lot of light, which can be hard with little ones trying to sleep and being on the ground floor there is no shade on the patio door, which means less privacy, but the complex is new and very few units are rented so not a ton of people walking by yet.

El departamento es muy acogedor, es muy lindo y te sientes como en casa. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama está genial! Los host y cohost han sido muy atentos y amables, el personal del edificio también, estamos muy agradecidos con sus atenciones. Respuestas muy rápidas desde que reservamos y hasta el check out, definitivamente lo recomiendo. Todo ha estado increíble. Además hay autoservicios cerca, se llega caminando al centro, el barrio es tranquilo y me sentí seguro todo tiempo. El condominio está muy bien cuidado también y la alberca está riquísima y con buena entrada de sol y una vista muy linda. Si vuelvo a Natales volveré a quedarme con ellos. Muchas gracias chicos!

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

Excelente lugar para descansar y muy cerca de todo…. Lo mejor y como andaba con 2 niños chiquitos está en un primer piso..👌

Natália foi excelente anfitriã, com orientações e dicas muito além da hospedagem. Apartamento novo. Tudo limpo e arrumado. O que ficou a desejar foi a conexão com a internet, mas a anfitriã já havia respondido em outro comentário que é uma questão local, apesar de que, quando estávamos em restaurantes ou outros locais, a velocidade de conexão era melhor. Apesar desse detalhe, recomendo o apartamento a toda comunidade Airbnb.

Gabriella is a super super host!!! I had so many apprehensions about my trip to Puerto Natales, but she helped me not just with the booking of her place but also recommended car rentals, guides for hiking around Torres del Paine, local restaurants, nearby attractions. She was personally available at the property when we need her. My family and I cannot thank her enough for all her support and guidance during our stay at her beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay. 2 storey house with most things you would need. we appreciated the butter, fake coffee, kitchen spices just to get us started. A liitle out of the downtown core but we were going to hike the torres del paine so didn't mind the 4 k walk or $3 uber after a long day. Really appreciated the in house heat, hot water, washing machine and good wifi. Yes I recommend.

Casa limpia, ordenada, con buena calefacción y la cocina muy bien equipada. El entorno es tranquilo, con fácil acceso a almacenes, salimos caminando todos los días al centro y costanera sin problemas. La anfitriona fue muy amable y preocupada durante nuestra visita.

Excelente host y super buena comunicación y disposición con los huespedes. La cabaña es re agradable y me encantó usar la leña pa prender la chimenea. Tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. Además hay muchos lugares bonitos alrededor del refugio para caminar y visitar. Muy recomendable!

Luis responde rápidamente, solución rapida a tus requerimientos, la cabaña limpia, toallas limpias, tiene Netflix 😅, camas comodas, agua caliente, fue como estar en casa. Muy recomendable, es tal como en la descripción. Hay una gatita muy regalona que te visita todo el dia, la titi. Un amor. Ubicación cerca del terminal, negocios cercas, costanera y plaza para niños y ejercicios al lado.
