This is a great place in a small town. Charming and nicely decorated.

This is a wonderful place to stay when you need a spot to wind down and enjoy the simple charms of a small town. The house itself has been repurposed inside and out. The craftsmanship is amazing and everything has a brand new appearance. The history of the building has been integrated into the decor. The kitchen is well stocked and has great appliances. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a dream with a great walk-in shower with several shower heads. The bathroom itself is spacious and very attractive with black and white tile. Beyond all of this, Mary is a great host who communicates well before and during the stay. She possesses great taste which is seen through the way that she decorates and prepares the location for her guests. We have traveled frequently the past two decades and can say that this stay and our hosts rivals the best that we have experienced. We highly recommend this location.

Rob's place was exactly what we needed when travelling to the area to visit the Columbus Zoo & the Wright-Patterson Air Force museum. It was pretty much equal distance between the two & was a good home base. We did have a little bit of a problem mastering the door code lock to begin with, but after the first time, we were pros. The furnishing were just like home. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing our own meals, the bath towels & washcloths were plentiful & the bed we slept in, was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to the area but would add an extra day so we could explore the town more.

Mark and Shana’s place was perfect. Clean, Comfortable, Nice coffee bar, Bed was comfortable. Shana whom we met briefly inquired if we needed anything else. Would absolutely stay here again.

This wasn’t our first time at the Rosedale Retreat, and it won’t be our last. We love this spot! Great hosts, great space, great views. Couldn’t ask for more.

Love how big this space was with plenty of room to relax. Will most definitely be rebooking in the future!

This Airbnb was probably one of the nicest homes we stayed at. It was super clear and we had zero issues with anything. She even had snacks laid out for us and wine in the fridge. The showers stayed hot for a long time and the washer and dryer was really nice to have. We were only 25 minutes away from the Arnold classic that we were In Ohio for so it made this place a great alternative to the 600+ a night bookings In Columbus.

The home was great location …near Plain City downtown. We really loved that the entire home was clean and accurately described. Nice for kids..game room was fun and there are several toys for all ages.

Karla and her husbands place exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From the beautiful layout of their home, the little handcrafted details, access to tables/chairs/amenities. Her husband hand made lots of the decor and furniture and when I say it shows, it SHOWS!! The transformation they did in renovating this home is mind blowing! They allowed me to host my baby shower here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Their home got countless amounts of compliments, you just have to see it in person!! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!!! Kitchen amenities like the ice maker and coffee machine put the cherry on top (I’m an ice chewer lol). This listing couldn’t have been any better, truly. Karla and her husband were also very kind, welcoming, and just as excited as me to make this the best experience possible! 10/10, 10000/10000, 5 stars!!!!!!!! I will be booking again!! Thank you, thank you!!!! Best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at, hands down!
