Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Madison County

The Longhorn ranch air b n b was terrific! The space was very clean and Ellen even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The longhorns and the property were both incredible and Teddy their golden retriever came to visit us and we loved him - overall five stars for both the property and the communication! We will be coming back

Augustin was a great host who went out of his way to help me with coins for laundry as well as help me when I accidentally locked myself out in the middle of the night. Great guy!

I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

Alicia was a gracious host, communicated proactively and respondes to my inquiries quickly. The home was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. She even went the extra mile to have snacks, water/hot beverages, and essentials available. She also makes checkout very easy and stress free. Thank you Alicia for a great time!

This was a perfect place for visiting Hamilton College and attending our 50th reunion. It was an easy 5-7 minute drive to Hamilton, and also walking distance to the village of Clinton. The apartment was very clean and well-supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. All around a lovely and convenient stay.

I had a really relaxing time staying at Amanda's place. She was always quick to respond to questions. The place was very clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the view of the water. The place is a quick drive to Hamilton where there are shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

Would go back here in a heartbeat. Beautiful area and we had some rain and we were stuck inside a bit but everything was so comfortable that it was just fine. We mentioned we were hoping to have a bonfire and they had wood waiting for us which was above and beyond. Can’t wait to get back!

This was the second time staying in this house. We love it! So spacious and spotless!! Has everything you need plus more. Very comfortable environment. My family was staying this second time for my fathers funeral. They were very thoughtful reaching out asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay any better. They were in constant contact. I would highly recommend this air bnb!

We have stayed at this home multiple times. It’s a wonderful retreat location, peaceful, easy to find and absolutely beautiful. Christian is a great host, very communicative, responsive and helpful.

First off, I’d like to say, everything was way more than we expected. The house was HUGE!! The layout was amazing. The house was warm and comforting with all the amenities you could think of. They were nice to allow you to use whatever you needed, but of course we left a lot of things also to kinda replace what we used. It’s honestly nothing bad we have to say about the house. They Responded promptly to any questions and concerns. The only thing they could’ve added was instructions on how to maybe have access to the lake and do some fishing. I’m not sure if we had access to the lake, but we also never asked. The only thing that would make this a little more outstanding, would be putting a binder on the table with the local stores and ways to access the lake with a map of the surrounding areas of things to do. Other than that!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This will definitely be our yearly vacation spot away from Alabama. Enjoy your stay. We had a BLAST. ❤️
