The lake is a few steps out the front door. It is a perfect setting for families. A kayak and paddle boards are available for use. The house is 2 miles from Colgate University and is perfect for family weekends, alumni events, and graduation.

We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
