We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

We had an absolute blast staying at this stunning property with my office colleagues! Spread across an acre of lush greenery, the property is a tranquil oasis that exceeded our expectations. The clean swimming pool was a highlight, and every spot on the property is picture perfect - we clicked countless photos to cherish the memories. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the additional double bed provided was a thoughtful touch. The house was spotless, and the caretaker, Mr. Ramesh, was extremely polite, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. He ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Our host, Mr. Rajan, was prompt and delivered more than promised. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through in every aspect of the property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is truly worth visiting, and we would definitely come back again. Had a wonderful stay at this place. The Host, Manager, Care Taker and the Security were all so prompt and helpful. This property is very close to the beach and has a very good view from the 2nd Floor. The only possible improvement I could think about is "Having some Indoor Games". This might add value. Overall we all had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Amazing place, had a lot of garden space, great sized swimming pool which can easily accomodates 20 folks and minted well unlike most places (4ft deep across). Hosts were awesome to coordinate with and super fast response. Highly recommended for large gatherings and stay for 20+ groups. Domino's Pizza and other restaurants delivery easy. Booked this place for a weekend getaway with my friends and we really enjoyed the stay there. well maintained property..the caretaker was responsive. the location was beautiful with lake and sea view, perfect to unwind. swiggy delivery to the location was an added benefit.

We stayed at this villa on 3rd April 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The villa was very well maintained, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful lawn that added to the relaxing vibe of the place. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept. A special mention to the caretaker, Ameen, who was extremely hospitable and attentive to all our needs. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

I went with my family to this property and we had a great time. The caretaker was very responsible....the location is extremely good and we all spent a great time over there. The one and only thing bothered us was the presence of Lizards. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. Thanks for Jhansi for being friendly and very responsive.

The house is quite near to Kasi theater. If we ever have fdfs early morning shows again this is an easy spot to reach the theater. Good service and great host. Recommend it.

We were a group of 5 girls, and we absolutely loved the property. It was easy to locate, and was a stone's throw from the beach. The host and the caretaker have taken immense effort to ensure our safe and comfortable stay. The property has 3 rooms with attached baths, out of which two rooms have a sea-facing balcony. The terrace allows a panoramic view of the entire Kovalam coastline. The rooms were comfortably furnished, with extra floor mattresses also kept available that you can use at the terrace. There's also a functional kitchen with a refridgerator, oven, induction stove and basic cookware and serveware. The property does not have air-conditioning, however the property is well-ventilated, and the sea-breeze at night made up for it. The property can comfortably house upto 6-8 people. Our group stayed there for a day, and have already made plans to come back soon.

This is the first time I've travelled to Chennai, this place is extremely good and safe, especially Tamilarasi Madam welcomed us and hosted us in a very clear and nice way. Really felt like home, we had a great time and place is very neat and tidy, Tamilarasi's family were very nice to us, Infact this will be my regular place to stay whenever I visit Perambur/Chennai

This accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with minimalist and artistic touches, and every detail gives a sense of design.The room was spacious and bright and the bed was soft and comfortable, making it feel like a real getaway. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and helped to resolve any issues we had with our stay promptly and felt well looked after.The check in and check out was also very smooth and without any inconvenience. I have been at Sashtipriya‘s for 3 nights and it was just lovely. She herself is very kind and proactive, gives recommendations and responds timely. The Appartement has everything what you need and everything works as described. The AC is fast and effective, the area is busy and quiet at the same time, and also very green. Supermarkets and other facilities are nearby and the people around seemed very friendly. There are mosquito nets on every window. I have literally nothing to complain about, and I’d always come back to her place when I am in Chennai, and also recommend this place to friends😊😊😊
