We had an absolute blast staying at this stunning property with my office colleagues! Spread across an acre of lush greenery, the property is a tranquil oasis that exceeded our expectations. The clean swimming pool was a highlight, and every spot on the property is picture perfect - we clicked countless photos to cherish the memories. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the additional double bed provided was a thoughtful touch. The house was spotless, and the caretaker, Mr. Ramesh, was extremely polite, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. He ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Our host, Mr. Rajan, was prompt and delivered more than promised. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through in every aspect of the property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is truly worth visiting, and we would definitely come back again. We had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come again. Just one issue was that the wedding were not able to lock the front door. We felt a little unsafe.

Property right next to boat house and overlooking with the Muthukadu lake. Serene settings . Perfect for weekend getaways with friends. Both Chennai city and Mahabalipuram are quite easily accessible. Host is super responsive

I had a very pleasant stay at Sathyabama Mohan Illam. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to approach, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with good car parking available. The location is also convenient — about 20 minutes to Tambaram Station, 30 minutes to Vandalur via a route that avoids Tambaram traffic, and around 30 minutes to Medavakkam through an alternate route. It's an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bharath University or Agaram Main Road. There aren’t many good budget-friendly hotels nearby, so this Airbnb is a much better option in terms of comfort and value. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

It is extremely accurately described. The place is lovely and free from the city noise. The amenities are exactly as listed. I lived here for 2 months and am extremely glad I chose to live with the family. The host lives with her family downstairs and is always really sweet. The best part is the square footage of the house. The living room, the bed rooms as well as the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious and soberly decorated. The wifi speed is good and you will always have connectivity in your room. The fridge has a lock that can be used if you are leaving the house open for the maid to come and work. (The fridge overall is not that good -- the freezer does not work the best but you can manage as long as it is not icecream). You will have all utensils. The house has power backup and voltage stabilizers to support Chennai's erratic power supply. The smaller room AC needs to be cleaned (I feel) since the cooling went down significantly over the course of 2 months -- else amazing.

We had a memorable stay in Srisha's castle. We have stayed there for 6 nights and Dakshayani's and Srini were very prompt in sharing the location details before arriving, hand over the key. Every alternate day during our stay they took extra care to make sure our stay was comfortable and cleaner. Kitchen was loaded so we prepared our food and few grocery stores and super markets are available within the walkable distance. The house was located in a very peaceful area and we can't get more than this in Chennai. If opportunity comes again, we will never hesitate to book this place again.

Clean and calm place to stay

Partha's place is clean and well planned. It is simple and tasteful. Not extra clutter. I had requested them to put hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes, and it was fulfilled immediately. Partha and Amith, both were always available on calls or messages. Always responsive. They helped me by suggesting good stores and services for my requirements. Terrace is a good place to sound the evenings and enjoy cool breeze. And, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH IS JUST A 10 MINS WALK!

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

We had a very good stay at babus nest. It was quite close to most of the main areas and hospitals etc. Cooking amenities were spot on and we were able to cook, there was all necessary stuff including oil, salt etc. The house is well ventilated. Recommend for a short/long stay here.

The stay at Vignesh's Airbnb was very comfortable and homely! The place was exactly as described in the photos. Vignesh was very kind to accommodate our requests for early check-in and a bit late check-out. He communicated all the instructions very clearly and was helpful with our queries. The location is also great, very close to some wonderful cafes and restaurants. It is also suitable for anyone visiting for their US visa process - the US consulate is just at 10 mins ride from this place. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Vignesh.

We stayed here for four nights and it is an overwhelming experience. I’m actually a bit surprised by how few reviews it has. The place is really comfortable and well designed, you can feel Deepa’s thoughtful touches around the house (I especially love the stickers she put on the switches). Deepa is super communicative and hospitable, she provides some much local tips and advices that really made our trip shine. We are super grateful to be able to stay here. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip in India.

the place was abundant for a family of five. The kitchen is a full feldged one and we utilised it to the fullest as we were travelling with small kids. there is nearby home food outlet as well if you don't want to cook. Ascot road is nearby which makes it convenient for commuting. The place is peaceful and feels closer to nature. the host is very helpful and proactive and checks with you for any thing you need. At the same time does not intrudes your privacy. Overall had a wonderful stay.
