The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Ahmed is an OUTSTANDING HOST. Sharif was of invaluable assistance while we were there. Ahmed took care of all our needs and was flexible when we had to change our plans for a couple of days. he was always just a text or phone call away. He and Sharif are EXCELLENT hosts. i would highly recommend you use them. They were great in scheduling ALL our tours of Cairo, Alexandria and Luxor. They are a class act.

Very family-friendly, safe, clean, and district of the most luxurious district of Cairo, a distinguished team of reception and sales collaborators and all the elite team Close to the markets and restaurants and there are several supermarkets to serve the residents of the elite Recommend it for the variety of services within it and their integration

A place where the living is good, there is the welcome someone who is nice ,I would recommend it to you, a setting and a pleasant decor👌.

Mohamed is respectful and speaks a little French, he picked me up at night when I arrived, he is courteous and professional, he even ordered my meal for delivery, his team is also very good. Thanks!

Dr Youssef was an incredibly proactive, polite and communicative host. He went above and beyond even staying longer to ensure the jacuzzi was working and brought chips! Amazing. His place is absolutely beautiful and well worth the value! We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come again to this tranquil, quiet and well-equipped apartment.

Mo was a very responsive host. He was quick in dealing with our concerns, and did everything he could to help solve the issues we had. Mohammed the guy who checked us in was a very respectful gentleman, was communicating with us the whole time, and was of great help.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

The entire team were great. Anytime you need anything they will respond to you very quickly. The apartment is as described and is extremely close to gateway mall. Gate 12 is very close to the apartment but uber can’t enter that gate. However if you choose Royal Pin Bowling Center, uber will be able to enter gate 12 through the mall lane which is just the other side of the road.

Had an amazing time at Waleeds BnB. It was very quiet and was well located. would definitely come back again

I just came back from a vacation i spent in Egypt and I stayed at this nice place for almost a week. My stay experience at this place was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with anything you might need . Location is amazing, close to lots of shopping and entertainment areas. On top of that, it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Special thanks to Youssef (the host) and his family, they live next door and were always available whenever I needed anything . Looking forward to visiting Cairo and staying again at Youssef's apartment!

Once you talk to Mohamed for the first time, you will feel that you are invited to your home. He is a very decent person. Simply he is the best host to deal with. The house is extremely clean and modern decorated. I will always stay at this place when I come to Madinaty.

Nana is a purely genuine person and a great human being. she will help you anyway to get your things done. glad to meet her and see the helpfulness and kindness she possesses. Her apartment is also very spaciaous, clean, tidy and has everything you require. i travelled with my kids and parents and we found everything perfect for our stay.
