Cozy Mountain Home w/Million $ View

Privacy, awesome views of Trapp Family Lodge and Stowe Mountain Resort. 5 min drive to town and 10 min to ski area. Home to famous visiting musicians thru the years including the recording of Phish's " Story of the Ghost ". Family or a group love it! My home offers a great open space to relax in front of the fire and enjoy the company of friends and/or family. It easily accommodates a lot of people. The entire house is for rent although less is open for discussion as well, just ask. I stay in an apartment next door so am readily available should anyone have a question. In the winter it is best to have snow tires or four wheel drive to access the property. I am around however to assist if you need help getting up the hill. The road and driveway are both maintained very well but this is Vermont and we get a lot of snow!

Located directly on Lake Dunmore, our home is the perfect house to catch the sun glistening on the lake. With 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 2 families of 4, easily split between the upper and lower level with the main/deck level in between. Tons of family fun to be had: pool table, foosball, hot tub, games/toys, stocked kitchen, a deck and dock overlooking the pristine mountain lake and minutes to Branbury State Park's Beach. Nay's Lake House has mini split cooling and heating.

Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!

Cozy, safe, conveniently located, newly renovated.

"Bienvienue" to our charming, recently renovated house to provide a comfortable stay in our quiet safe neighborhood and beautiful city. Suitable for a small family or two couples. Pet friendly with nice fenced back yard, pergola patio with grill. Also screened in front porch for bug free summer lounging. Five minute walk to Lake Champlain and waterfront park , ten minute walk to market place restaurants and nightlife or North Beach Park.

Breathtaking Southern Views of Lake George

Absolutely beautiful spot on the lake! The house was perfect for our extended family (grandparents, parents and children) and extremely clean. I am usually a tough critic of cleanliness of air bnbs and very nose sensitive. Besides cobwebs (outside!) the entire place was spotless and odor free! Plenty of towels for the entire family and comfy beds and linens. Honestly felt like a home away from home. We brought our boat and explored the northern quarter of the lake. The dock looked brand new. A very nice sandbar on the opposite side of the island seen from the dock- great to park and swim at. Lots of cool islands to explore nearby too. It unfortunately rained almost every day we were there so thank god the house was big enough and comfy for 6 adults and 2 kids to hang out. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful part of lake George

We stayed here while visiting family in Hanover forThanksgiving. A spacious house nestled within an amazing wooded area. We had the pleasure of waking up to all the trees covered in fresh snow. All the more perfect because the house has huge windows lots of natural light. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The house was not only neat and clean but also thoughtfully equipped with every small detail you could think of—from kitchen essentials to a great selection of board games that kept everyone entertained. What really stood out was the host Kaylee’s responsiveness and attention to detail. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and even went the extra mile by arranging for someone to clean the driveway during our stay when it snowed, which we really appreciated. It made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall comfort of the trip. The combination of a beautiful, clean space and a caring, proactive host made our experience truly memorable.
