We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

had a fantastic 4-night stay at Leonie’s place in Mill Park, Melbourne. Everything about the experience was great — the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was peaceful and convenient, and Leonie was a wonderful host. She was so understanding and made everything easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again in the future!

We've stayed here a few times now. We love it here. Love the little extras she leaves, bread, butter, milk, jam, cereal, chocolate etc Short walk to the train station which we love.

Esther’s place was well placed, close to supermarket - cafes and great restaurants nearby . Only 25 mins to cbd if you drive and there’s Tram stop just in front of. Overall it was a really nice experience and cozy stay . Would recommend absolutely.. Esther was really helpful and responsive all the time - 100/100 !

Diane’s house is set close to transport into Melbourne making Melbourne City accessible. It’s set close to a golf course and bush land making walking accessible. We were visiting family close by so it suited us to be in Bundoora. We walked the Bundoora Park Lands. We ate in restaurants close by.

It is a very cozy home with authentic Thai feel. Those who value this would love it. The amount of various well thought details is great. It is all 'gardenish' - all at the patio, veranda, and entrance. (If you go for the fireplace - check with host first (council may have a ban for indoor fire).) Would recommend it to those who seek cozy distraction from daily life.
