Waterfront vacation rentals in Mackinac County

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

Natalie & Brian were very proactive about asking if we needed anything, if everything was going well. Great to answer questions about local hikes and different bays on the island. The island is a great place for people who like the outdoors, birding, biking, kayaking or snorkeling(in summer). The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Natalie and Brian are outstanding examples of what it means to be an islander. The grocery store is right next door if you want to cook, if not the cafe downstairs is open at 8am til 2. I recommend the French toast!! There are a few other places to eat near the ferry dock.

Mary Beth and her husband were VERY friendly yet not intrusive. Everyone we talked to on Beaver Island were friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate every meal at the apartment and never felt like something was missing or needed. My sister in law slept in the bedroom and said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the couch and it too was comfortable. Lastly, it was nice to not have a long list of ‘to do‘s’ before checking out! We would book again without hesitation!

We stayed here for a wedding on Beaver Island. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The place was very spacious and easily fit 6 people.

Sue was a GREAT host!! She is so knowledgeable of the island! Our personal tour of the island was so informative. She kept in constant contact with us. She pivoted when our flight was canceled due to weather. We rode her bikes into town, that was very convenient. Thank you for everything, Sue!!

I would highly recommend. The owners were fabulous. The location was amazing. The views were stunning! The restaurant downstairs was 5/5! We will be back!!!!

This place was amazing! Excellent place for swimmers to stay with direct access to Lake Huron. The property is beautiful and clean. Comfortable swing down by the water is very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Such sweet hosts! The lake was relaxing, and we loved waking up early to have coffee and watch the sunrise on the lake. We had our one year old with us, and it wasn’t difficult at all to quickly baby proof things (not a lot of knickknacks, crazy things in drawers or glass furniture, etc.). She loved running around the big yard. Perfect home base to see everything in the area, and it was the perfect size for our family of three plus grandma.

Great spot, clean, and easy check-in. Beds/pillows in all of the rooms were super comfortable memory foam. Ice fishing was slow (likely due to the weather…single digits and high wind), but time spent in the cottage with family was great.

Absolutely amazing hosts!! The home is gorgeous with so much room. We took the whole family up to celebrate dad's 70th birthday and there was tons of room for everyone.

Fantastic stay for the family!!! Great communication from the owner, immaculately clean, and some of the best views in the UP. Perfect location for exploring Mackinac Island.This place has all the amenities for a relaxing stay.

Peaceful place. We loved being on the water and having a fire while listening to the water. We would love to return.

we loved this place so much! Probably one of the best rentals we have every had on a trip! The place had great views , was so comfortable and felt like being at home and had so many small touches that helped us while being away from our own home! We loved all of these extra bonus things like night lights , extra snacks , variety of coffee options and a s'mores bar to top it off ! Thank you for making our stay extra special and fun!! We loved it !!

We had such a great stay! The yard and beach were spectacular! We paddled and watched the sunset and walked on the beach. We played yard games and board games, soaked in the hot tub and grilled out. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and gave us great local tips. They went out of their way to help us. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed with lots of nice little touches to make us comfortable. This is the place you want to stay, don't look any further. We hope to come back again sometime.

Liv and Andy, your place was absolutely perfect!!! My one and two year olds spent HOURS playing with the marble ladder toy in the livingroom! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home for 7 nights. My kiddos and doggo loved walking on the dock and waddling into the water!!! MANY yummy s'mores were made in the fire pit. The location was perfect!!! We did day trips to Mackinaw Island, Grand Marais, Kitch-iti-kipi, Tahquamen Falls, White Fish Pointe and Pictured Rocks!! All were less than 1½ hours away!!! Finding a place in the UP with 3 BEDROOMS and doggo friendly ... I never thought it possible!!! Total gem!!! Would absolutely return!!! Extra special thank you to Andy for messaging us to let us know to watch out for the Northern Lights!!!
