3 - 1/2 miles North of US-2 Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

I have remodeled my home to create a luxurious vacation rental space for two. The rental space offers privacy and has all of the amenities you will need and to relax and enjoy your stay.

The Husky Hut-Pet Friendly, Remote, Private.

The Husky Hut is an adorable tiny home located on 10 private acres. It’s located on a well maintained gravel road with plenty of parking. This is perfect if you are looking to “camp” without the hassle of a tent and other equipment. It’s extremely private; there is no light pollution and the stars are magnificent. The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

Our Cabin is 8'x16' complete with everything you might need, outside hot shower, propane grill with side burner, propane two burner camp stove, dishes, pots/pans, coffee percolator, solar lights and Full size six inch memory foam mattress. NO ELECTRICITY, NO WIFI and limited cell service. Propane wall heater.
