Vacation rentals with a patio in Machesney Park

The apartment is spacious, bright, and looks right onto the Rock River. I would love to return in the summer and be able to enjoy the deck which overlooks the water. The location is convenient to many local attractions. It would be a good place for an extended stay with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Saul was a great host and replied quickly to messages.

Susan was awesome, very friendly and willing to work with you on checkin time also if I needed something. This has been my best experience yet with a BNB, will book again next time I am I. the area. Also easy access to the Toll so to get back to Chicago

It really is a wonderful place, rural, quiet, beautiful sunsets, the attention and kindness were essential in this accommodation, I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I were very surprised how new, clean, and wonderfully decorated the rental was. It was quiet, comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The area had a lot to do. Was a great experience, a nice and relaxing space for a nice downtown experience in Dekalb. It’s got a few bars and things to do around, you’ll find something great while you’re there.

My husband and I love the town of Oregon and had such a restful stay at this home. The hosts accurately described everything and made my dog feel at home also.

We loved our stay and really appreciated Bronwyn’s hospitality! The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. We had plenty of cooking utensils, blankets, towels, games, and movies to keep us busy. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this location while our home was undergoing construction due to a burst pipe. Patricia's home was very tidy and inviting. It felt warm and comforting, while we were going through a very hard time in our life. She is a very kind and responsive host. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our long term stay, and she even checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking for a safe and clean home in Dekalb!!

Really enjoyed staying at Elizabeth's Moluf St duplex! Great open layout, comfortable furnishings, large fenced yard perfect for dog, thoughtful appliances and amenities. Really love parking in attached garage!! I've stayed here before and hope to stay here again. Thanks!

The house is in a neighborhood of nice homes, peaceful and walkable. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well organized with everything you need and the bathrooms were spotless. It’s in a perfect location to restaurants. Highly recommend and will reserve again.

We rented with Matthew for a weekend full of events. I just wish we could have spent at least an evening enjoying the beauty of the home. Nice soft sheets are always a plus along with great pillows! We didn't "need" for anything. We all highly recommend this home and hope to rent again in the future. Don't be turned off by the neighborhood! While it's old, it's being revitalized at a rapid rate and this house was beautifully restored. The backyard and deck are gorgeous!

This was a great stay! The condo was so cute, cozy, and clean. David has seen to everything to make the stay comfortable. The hide-a-bed was so comfortable, I asked him where he got it! Very nice patio where you can see the lake. You can also walk down to the lake or take a walk around it. A sand crane came up on the patio one morning which was awesome. It was a girls weekend. We felt very safe. You can walk to two restaurants, The French Country Inn and Mars (a 100 year old establishment, very charming). On Friday night, we ate at the French Country Inn and got to watch the fireworks across the lake from the Grand Geneva. Lake Geneva is a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this place. We had such a nice time and were very happy with the condo and the location. In the summer there is a pool very near the condo. We may come back next summer to check that out! Or, maybe rent some kayaks. Thanks for a great stay, David! We will be back.

We loved Mackenzie’s place! It was a short walk to the Ridge hotel where we were attending an event. The condo was super cozy and fit our needs perfectly. And you walk outside and can see the lake! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful location. It was close by to everything we wanted to do and the condo was exactly what we were hoping for! Rachel gave great recommendations and was so responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Don’t hesitate! This place has updated kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, washer and dryer, plenty of gadgets, towels, a keurig, cable tv, and more. It’s very spacious and super clean. Location is in between downtown LG, and Williams Bay. Really close to Mars Resort and Walkable to the Lake at the sand hill and Getaway resturant. The Ridge resort is next door (we got a day pass to enjoy the indoor pool DJ and hot tubs). The pool at t the property was clean and warm enough to swim on a semi cool night. Very peaceful and wooded. Kathy was a great host and responsive. Cell service can be spotty but wi-fi was great.

This location was exactly what we expected!! The pictures are very accurate. The duplex was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but our insurance adjuster did not file for our extension in time. We would definitely recommend 😊

We had such a wonderful stay at Juliana’s home in Geneva Lake, Wisconsin! As a family traveling with four kids, we’ve stayed at countless Airbnbs around the world, and this was truly one of the best. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy—perfect for families. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a foodie could hope for, making it easy and enjoyable to cook in. Our kids loved the games provided, and the living room was the perfect spot to all gather for a movie night. The bathrooms were lovely and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Juliana was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. We can’t recommend this place enough. It was a truly special stay!
