Vacation rentals in Machesney Park

We were in Lake Geneva for a convention, so were mostly only in the condo for sleeping, but the place had everything we could possibly need and then some. There were plenty of extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. If we had been traveling with kids, there were toys and games. And if it had been a warmer season or we were there for relaxation, the location looks great for outdoor activities. Cheryl sent us good instructions for parking, unlocking the door, etc. And inside there was a whole binder of stuff to make anything we needed to do easy. Thanks, Cheryl...you made our brief stay easy and comfortable!

We love staying at Seven Oaks and have many times. I particularly enjoy the soaker tub and we appreciate the cheese tray, drinks, and breakfast foods. It makes it so much more enjoyable to get away and not have to think about running out to get food. We stay as often as we can get away. Such a great place!

The house was cozy and clean! I am sensitive to fragrance and appreciated the home not being overly scented! Walkable to the lake and we loved seeing all the deer in the neighborhood. Shari was easy to get in touch with and we were provided with everything we needed during our stay.

This home was incredible for a weekend away with girlfriends. We loved the views of lake como m, the proximity to downtown lake Geneva, and how well stocked the house was with all the essentials and more (especially in the kitchen!). Only regret was not making our stay a full week long trip!

Our FAVORITE place to stay as a family. What a pleasant surprise—tons of toys for the kids, a Nintendo Wii (with Wii Sports), an arcade console, pong pong and pool! Plus all four kids had their own bed. Newly renovated space with all new amenities. So great!!!

Beautiful house and so comfortable inside and out. My bestie and my dog were in Lake Geneva for the weekend and very much enjoyed The Clean Slate. The weather was perfect! The house was just as described. Highly recommended!!!!

Highly suggest Brian’s place! Exactly like pictures and perfect for a weekend getaway. Home was beautiful and newly updated! Everything was walkable, perfect location to downtown. We had 14 guests and everyone was comfortable and beyond happy with accommodations! Brian was easy to work with and everything was clear for us. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from great restaurants and our ski/snowboarding resort, which made everything so easy. The place was very well kept, cozy, and had plenty of space—perfect for our small family staying for two nights. The host was wonderful—attentive, helpful, and quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Nick's rental is conveniently located, clean, and well-appointed. I had a minor maintenance issue and was very impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved.
