The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.
