It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

The house is located near the famous beach of Agia Paraskevi and next to private beach (20m by foot) for unique summer vacations. The private beach is full of sea creatures (fishes etc).
