Vacation rentals with breakfast in Macedon Ranges Shire

Accommodation booked for our employees for work, the guys said it was great for what they needed.

Genevieve provides a fabulous service, from well before check in until departure. The Harpsichord Barn was intimate, quiet, well presented, clean, and truly dog friendly. It was easy walk to main street and all the local sights, and in the other direction, an easy walk to a huge football oval for off lead dog walking. As well, a lovely, shady backyard in which to sit and relax. Loved the comfort of the beds, and the shower was very spacious. And Genevieve goes the extra mile, leaving delicious local produce.

Diana is such a lovely host. She greeted us with homemade cookies that were absolutely delicious and she was kind enough to share the recipe too! In the morning, she put together a great breakfast with her homemade jam, yogurt, cereals, croissants, and fresh bread. There were so many nice options to pick from. Her home is charming, with classic décor that feels warm and welcoming. I especially loved playing the piano in the cozy living room. We also got to meet Mirra, her sweet and shy little Bichon, who liked to hang out under the table waiting for crumbs. We had a really lovely stay. Thanks so much, Diana, for everything!

Such a lovely space and so well set out. We really enjoyed our night and could ask for nothing. Couldn’t recommend more highly and would stay again anytime.

A gorgeous retro farmhouse in a stunning location. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the birds and enjoying the view. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

Older traditional style B& B, Jocelyn was very helpful and no problems with later check in ( even met us with a torch to find the right driveway). Despite being an older property it is well maintained and clean with everything you would need for a comfortable night in, because it is a B & B there was a great selection of supplies and we really appreciated the orange juice. Our dog was also allowed to stay and she enjoyed her night as well.

We had an amazing stay at Liana and Sam’s place. They were very helpful with everything and made our stay comfortable. The house is beautiful and spaceous, equipped with everything that we needed. Truly great people and a place where you can definitely feel like home.

An incredible place for a group to stay. The personal touches (a freshly baked CAKE!) made the stay so special and we loved the crackling fire. Our dogs also loved the large yard - and it’s so nice to be able to take your dogs on such a beautiful stay (just be aware that’s it’s not fully fenced).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

We had such a lovely stay at Tarni’s place! The property is stunning, with beautiful gardens, a bbq area, several places to sit and relax. The room was bright, super clean and cosy, bathroom pristine as well. Tarni went above and beyond as a host - lovely tour of the property on arrival and beautiful breakfast provided in the morning! Highly recommend a stay here! We’ll definitely be back!

One of the most well stocked AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. The place was lovely, with the ducks and the lake right out front. Definitely would love to stay again!

Ronelle and James’ property is an absolute gem and a beautifully relaxing experience. Ronelle provided excellent information before the stay, including an extensive list of local recommendations and tips which I really appreciated. The house and room is impeccably clean and perfectly stocked with all the essentials and thoughtful touches for the relaxing getaway I was looking for. The view at the property is something else entirely and I could’ve sat on the veranda just staring out into the fields/mountains all day. One of a kind experience, I will definitely be booking again and telling everyone about this place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis with us.

The place and the view was incredibly beautiful. Had a really fun time, would love to come back. The location was perfect, we saw kangaroos right at our doorsteps. Loved the interior of the suite. The night sky looked amazingly beautiful from this location. This place is a must visit with your family or friends.

Islay House was an absolute gem! We loved chatting with Tarni, learning about the history of the house and the interesting pieces in it. Our room was beautiful and clean. The house and garden, stunning and breakfast was sensational. We left asking ourselves why we haven’t stayed in Bed and Breakfasts (as opposed to regular Airbnb houses/apartments) more often. We’d love to book again in the future and explore Woodend further.

Jill and Shane's Bed and Breakfast is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and the breakfast included is a great added bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you for creating such a comfortable, warm and welcoming place, it was wonderful. Every detail had been carefully thought through, making the experience of the place very enjoyable.

Tarni and Clive are wonderful hosts. We had a very enjoyable stay at Islay House. We would highly recommend staying here. It is an easy commute up and down the V-line to the neighboring towns, there are many great restaurants and pubs, and Isla House is an easy stroll to the main street. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the fresh breads and pastries for breakfast were a special treat!
