A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Club J Dive Resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, with a variety of Korean dishes available, and there are also some local options you can order from the menu. They also allow guests to bring in outside food. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was no issue arriving early, as they let us in to enjoy the facilities while they prepared our room. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. The view from the resort, with the beach just steps away, was absolutely stunning and made every moment feel like a vacation dream. The pool area was equally impressive-so beautiful and inviting, we spent plenty of time there soaking in the sunshine. Our room was perfect: clean, modern, and smelled fresh. It was clear that everything was well-maintained and new, providing us with the utmost comfort during our stay. The resort also provided towels, and the amenities were complete, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our visit was the pet-friendly atmosphere. We loved meeting the friendly dogs and cats around the property. It was a wonderful touch that made us feel even more at home. The staff, including the owner, Sean, were incredibly kind and accommodating.

My family and our pets enjoyed the place. It has a beach homey vibe. Will definitely recommend. Considering this place as one of Calatagan's hidden gem.

We had an amazing family trip at Club J Anilao! The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a quick escape from the city. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps away from our room. We were allowed to check in early, so we had more time to enjoy both the pool and the beach. The Korean food was delicious, and my wife absolutely loved it! The unlimited coffee was a great bonus too. What we also appreciated was that they allow you to bring your own food, which is perfect for families. The staff were super accommodating and made sure we felt at home. One unexpected but awesome detail—the water pressure in the CR was epic! After swimming, that hot shower was everything. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and fun. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be going back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea. Very accommodating staff

It was a very peaceful and homy place for me. Aside from the room itself, you’ll have a hut for yourself where you can enjoy your food while in front of the beach. The location itself is kind of far from the popular resorts (I would say) which is good cuz you’ll only hear the sound of the waves and it’s priceless! The main highlight of our stay is really the caretakers. They were so proactive and they actually cooked for us which is very helpful! It wasn’t a secret that there can be power outage on the location but as per the owner, it happens occasionally. I would definitely go back here for some peace of mind.

Value for money! The place was clean and new. We're surprised that the rooms are big and spacious. The pool is a good size with bonfire and dining area conveniently placed nearby. The host is approachable and answers all our queries promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much that it'll be a core memory for our group for the coming years. Thank you also for the caretakers that cleaned after us. We also apologize for being loud and not keeping our volumes on check during quiet hours. Hope we can stay here again soon.

Our team had a great time! There were ocassional power outage but the caretaker is just beside the property, he gave us rechargeable lights, the owner is also very helpful, we left an item and we hope to get it back. we also made an internal arrangement. We'd love go back maybe with our families.

We spent two nights at Kubo Royale and it was one of the most satisfying and relaxing vacations my family has ever had. The location is perfect - just a few minutes away from Calatagan’s beautiful beaches. It’s a haven in the middle of a farm. The wave pool is awesome! The caretakers are topnotch as well. Irene and her husband were very accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed. High recommended! We’re definitely coming back.

The caretaker is very friendly and accomodating. Host is responsive and friendly too. -Good location. Easy to find, peaceful and with enough space to park your vehicles. -Place is bigger than the picture. With nice interior, clean rooms and linen, comfortable bed and 4 toilet and bath. Just bring your own towel. -Pool is clean. With billiards, KTV with latest songs that you will truly enjoy! (No time limit) -Kitchen with complete utensils, big kitchen wares and an easy to use griller. (No need to bring charcaol). Water for drinking is also provided. We will surely book again. Highly recommended. ❤️

Rudy was very responsive Mang Israel was very kind and accommodating Mam Gelan was kind and even her brother Mark who fetched us at the check point area when we almost got lost Will look forward to book again because we had the entire place all to ourselves because we were the only guest during our visit. It was our first time to go to Matabungkay and we were glad we pushed thru with our trip. See you soon.

The place is relaxing and located in a nice area. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. She even gave us chicken curry and rice for dinner, which we really appreciated. Ms. Elena is approachable and kind.

The hosts are superb. They are very accommodating, they help you with your every need. You will definitely feel safe and secured for especially you will always see kuya Israel (caretaker) nearby. We cgose to stay in the resort than going to the veach for it was too crowded the time we went there. They will cater to your every need and they are just a text away. We jad a few problem with the tv but we understand that the internwt signal that time was a bit slow. Great choice and hopefully we can go back very soon. We had to be moved quickly from a place that wasn’t clean and Joannes place was just around the corner. Although she was unresponsive due to being out of the country her parents were available to help us and get settled in. The place had recently been refurbished and all 3 bathrooms were brand new. New tiles and suits. The showers were amazing. Road noise was an issue as it’s close to a main road, however don’t let this put you off. Earplugs made it easy to sleep and the noise was mainly during the day when we were mostly out. The rear bedroom was noise free. The house was well equipped but Wi-Fi wasn’t great this bothered our kids but no us as we were there to relax and see family. The only other feedback would been response time. If your not able to respond the have an alternative persons number available We loved our time here and wish Joanne all the best with her business. We would definitely use this place again.

The place has a beautiful beach front. Has good wifi we were able to work from here. Great service and staff. They have their own pets so our dog made some new friends too. ✨💯
