The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults & 2 children max. The 2 largest rooms have a private bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach are within walking and biking distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and up to 8 people , age from 35.

Monumental (from year 1750) house in the ancient town center of Maasland. Location is 15 minutes from Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague city center. The beach is also on 15 minutes distance. Easy connection via public transport. The place is relatively large and contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. The entire place is for the renter. So, you’ve got your private bathroom and living room. UPD: Kitchen installed in April 2020!

Both the owners were very helpful and always ready to response or act to help. It was really nice stay, we were surrounded by all kind people and there was always fun while living there. I can strongly recommend this place for visiting Netherlands. it was really close to Rotterdam, Hague, Delft and also nicely connected with Amsterdam and Eindhoven

Friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful mornings. Near to the tram station. Currently, there's tram work going on there. But that is not an issue because buses reach there in good time. The house is very inviting and it is nothing short of a home away from home.

Sydney's apartment is bright, clean, comfortable and well-equipped (you can find everything in her kitchen😊). It is located in a residential area - the city of Vlaardingen west of Rotterdam - where we were able to easily park our car (and for free). 5-10 min walk to 2 supermarkets and the metro. So, by public transport, Rotterdam Centre is accessible in about 15-20 minutes, depending on where you want to go (Beurs, Blaak, Delftshaven). Finally, Sidney is a great host, welcoming, very sociable, very funny and very helpful (e.g., didn't understand how the lock worked but, no worries, Sydney was there😉). And then, he is accompanied by Jaxx the cat, very cute and adventurous 😉 (willingly wanders around the neighborhood). So I highly recommend Sydney and his apartment!
