Het huis bestaat uit drie verdiepingen en heeft eigen ingangen waardoor je geheel privé verblijft. Geniet op de begane grond van een gezellige woonkamer die grenst aan een knusse eetkeuken. Tijd om tot rust te komen? Op de eerste verdieping vind je twee sfeervolle tweepersoonskamers, een één persoonskamer, en een badkamer voorzien van douche en tweede toilet. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Onze oude boerderij heeft een grote stal waarvan de achterzijde is omgebouwd tot gastenverblijf en waarin u kunt genieten van de rust, ruimte en natuur wat direct een heerlijk vakantie gevoel zal geven. Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een ruime patio die op het zuiden ligt met prachtig uitzicht, tafeltennistafel en vuurkorf. Spot roofvogels als buizerds tot aan reeën en vlinders en kom helemaal tot rust.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
