The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 25€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

A landscaped neighborhood of a house for your convenience: a patio with deck chairs and bath tubs in the summer, a porch with heated water for spring and fall days, outdoor seating on a partially covered patio next to a small pond, a barbecue or roast area.
