This listing is for a bedroom, fully furnished. Monthly stays available just message me and I'll let you know the rates. Shared bathrooms with shower, soaking tub and bidets. Guest room (master) has Serta adjustable frame, 50" Ruko TV with 5.1 system. Outside Hot tub, downstairs infrared sauna. Pets are welcome backyard is large and keypad locked gated. Living room TV. Large kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances with a large collection of coffee makers. EV/RV NEMA 14-50 plug.

Each room in the Gufler Mansion is uniquely furnished, and provides comfortable elegance. The Spanish Room is decorated with fun, festive colors against a sunlight background. It's in the southwest corner of the second floor, and overlooks quiet, charming tree-lined streets within walking distance of downtown Emporia. Your stay includes a free breakfast, and in the evenings you can check out award winning restaurants, or hide away in a surprisingly cozy corner in the spacious mansion.

A spacious living area features plush carpet flooring and is adorned with a large floral wall art piece. Comfortable seating is provided by a sofa and armchair. Two beds are located in one corner, while a dining area is visible in the background, leading to the kitchen.

Gufler Mansion Garden Level Flat

The Garden Level Flat is one of the more modernized areas of the historic Gufler Mansion, and boasts a full kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, unique bathroom, and multiple bedrooms - each with a different theme. It is accessible through stairs from the Mansion proper, or via a private access door from the parking area. Breakfast is included with your stay. You'll have the floor to yourself and are welcome to explore other areas of the Mansion.

A spacious living area is highlighted by hardwood floors and a large circular rug. The room includes a dining table with multiple chairs, a comfortable seating area, and a ceiling fan. Natural light floods in from the windows, complemented by soft wall colors.

The entire top floor apartment of the historic Gufler Mansion has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, & full kitchen. Windows on all sides let in natural light and provide beautiful views of the historic neighborhood. Breakfast is included. You'll have access to common spaces in the mansion (such as first floor living and dining rooms, and basement laundry) but the entire top floor suite of rooms will be yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Welcome to the Bird-House on 15th! This is the main level of a two story home (lower level being off limits). You'll stay on the private main level which offers a spacious living/ dinning room combo with huge windows overlooking the back yard with a second-story view. There is a well stocked large kitchen, and restroom complete with jetted tub. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two full sized beds.
