Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The area is literally surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy your stay in privacy and peace without disturbance. For those traveling with their four-legged friends, this place is perfect! There is also a gas grill and a portable fireplace. Inside the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace stove, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Small House & Sauna with a View / 30 minutes from Prague

Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub are available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.
