Our stay at Alfred’s was flawless, it is comfortable and wonderfully appointed apartment, very clean, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and attractions…. Not to mention complimentary daily cleaning and laundry service. Alfred and Barbara are gracious and responsive hosts. We loved our stay in Vienna , and would unhesitatingly recommend this Airbnb. Everything was delightful, the apartment lived up to its 5* rating.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß und hat alles was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß schon die Altstadt. Vom Park nebenan hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Mike hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns hilfreiche Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement proposé par Ivana. L'appartement était calme et agréable, à seulement une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. Ivana est une hôtesse très réactive et facile à joindre. Ses instructions étaient très claires, nous avons trouvé le logement facilement et avons pu garer la voiture sans souci.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und neuwertig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Begeistert waren wir von der Ausstattung. Es liegen sogar Bademäntel und Kinderspielsachen bereit. Maryna war auch kurzfristig für Fragen zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Das Schwimmbad im Gebäude hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass man es direkt im Bademantel über den Flur und Treppenhaus bzw. Aufzug erreichen kann und nicht das Gebäude verlassen muss. Können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende anläßlich eines Konzertbesuchs in Wien eingeplant. Siegfried war ein toller Gastgeber - die Unterkunft ideal gelegen, toll ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für eine 5-köpfige Familie!

Lovely apartment with balcony

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr Angenehm und ruhig,man hat sich in der Unterkunft gleich wie zuhause gefühlt sehr familiär und gemütlich, Blick auf die Donau war atemberaubend Küche war voll ausgestattet sei es Gewürze ,Eiswürfel und Küchenuntensilien Der Schnitt von der Unterkunft war gut nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein Die Terrasse war groß ,perfekt zum draußen sitzen im Sommer. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen Danke an die Tolle Gastfreundschaft an die Besitzer

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
