Please read through our house rules before requesting to book. Our house is not suited for prom, bachelor, bachelorette, or any other type of parties. Our cozy mountain retreat is located in the Estates, a short walk to the lake but far enough from the main road to provide a quiet woodsy experience. Wake up in the A-Frame Chalet to view trees and sky, jump in the lake, play tennis on the nearby courts, drive a short distance to ski slopes or unwind at the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Ski, Golf, Hike, Swim and so much more. 2 minutes drive to slopes. This 2 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds, 1.5 bath condo has been 100% Renovated with all new everything in 2021. Come for the weekend or come for a month. Jack Frost Resort is so peaceful with wild life, natural beauty and is located within 20 minutes of several other towns. Just a few miles from Lake Harmony and Boulder lake with kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, etc. I just cant get enough of what the area had to offer.

Overall great stay at “Don’t Poke the Bear” for a quick weekend away! Lisa was very helpful & always super responsive. Our party were not skiers, but this location is very close to the slopes, with a walking path right behind the house, if that’s something you’re looking for. Very clean, super cozy. Plenty of amenities available, so you don’t have to pack too much to feel at home. Kitchen is stock well enough to cook a meal, if you’d like to. Various books & board games available too. I couldn’t think of anything else to add to make it better!

We had a great stay! We’re a family of 5 and came for a ski weekend at Jack Frost. The house is spacious, beautiful and great location right by the ski mountain. The house has great amenities including a nice hot tub and bunk bed, which my kids loved! Elaine was very responsive and we had a smooth check-in, stay and check-out. I highly recommend, and plan on staying again in the future.

We had such an amazing time! The walk from the place to the slopes was easy enough for the kids to do by themselves. Everything was very organized, super clean, with easy to follow instructions. The house is beautiful and location was perfect. They had everything needed and more! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We were so pleased with the experience! Nicole’s cabin was stunning, very clean and the area was peaceful. Just what we needed for the weekend. The house was even prettier than the pictures, I definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our short ski trip. We enjoyed the pellet stove and hot tub especially! Host was super responsive. Very family friendly location as well!
